A study was conducted to determine the effects of different compound of 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3,VtaminD3,phytase on broilers. Study included performance, nutrient retention, tibia quality and antioxidant criteria.240 one-day Avian broiler chickens (chick sexing) were Completely randomly divided into six groups (the compound of 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 , VtaminD3 and phytase is 0μg/kg-2760IU/kg-0FTU/kg ; 69μg/kg-0IU/kg-0FTU/kg ; 69μg/kg-2760IU/kg-0FTU/kg ;0μg/kg-2760IU/kg-750 FTU/kg;69μg/kg-0IU/kg-750 FTU/kg;69μg/kg-2760IU/kg-750 FTU/kg) , each with four replications which were ten chicks at early stage and eight chicks at late stage. the result showed:①added 69μg/kg 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3,2760IU/kg VtaminD3 in feed, prevent broilers, growing of early stage, death and elimination rate are quite high, while prevention effect decrease at late stage. Other compounds have no signifant influence on growing broiler.②a dded 69μg/kg 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3,2760IU/kg VtaminD3 in feed, meanwhile added 750 FTU/kg phytase, and Ca,P reduced by 0.1% respectively, can eliminate prevention effect conducted by excessive VtaminD3 at early stage.③only added 69μg/kg 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 in feed is favourable to the growth of bones.④added 69μg/kg 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3,2760IU/kg VtaminD3 in feed,is not favourable to the utilization of CP,Ca,P added 2760IU/kg VtaminD3,750 FTU/kg phytase, and Ca,P reduced by 0.1%,broiler'retention of Ca decreased.each compound have no significant effect on the utilization of dry matter and energy.⑤Only added VtaminD3(2760IU/kg) in feed, activation of alkaline phosphatase in serum decreased, broilers are lake of P. If added phytase(750 FTU/kg)and Ca,P reduced by 0.1%, activation of alkaline phosphatase in serum significantly increased ,broilers are rich of P.⑥each compound have a litter influence on resistance to oxidation of broilers.⑦d ifferent compound of 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3,VtaminD3,phytase in feed have no significant influence on meat quality of broilers.⑧take all factors into account ,only added 69μg/kg 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 in broilers'feed ,or added 69μg/kg 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3,750 FTU/kg phytase, and Ca,P reduced by 0.1% are ideal compounds.
