Aimed at the problems of unreasonable pesticide use, farm product pollution and pesticide residue at present vegetable producing in our province, the pesticide degradation patterns of dichlorvos, chlorpyrifos and pirimicarb on pepper, patterns of phorate, malathion on cabbage were studied under normal 18-21℃and lower 4℃temperature two different conditions. Through calculating the degradation equation was established and corresponding curve was drawn. Meanwhile, degradation trends, relations between degradation to temperature, to spray dosage, to time and degradation process were studied. This thesis also focused on the detergent effect of 4 cleaning ways as tap water cleaning, half an hour soak then cleaning, cutting epidermis then cleaning and cleaning with detergent. The results showed that:1. One kind pesticide degradation pattern on one vegetable coincide with the first dynamic order: Ct=C0*e-kt2. One pesticide degradation rate constant(kinetic) with temperature dropping, but half life prolonged. The range of prolonging conform to the one of the degradation rate.3. Residue volume rose, degradation rate constant reduced and hale life prolonged each with pesticide spray does rising.4. 8 kinds of cleaning ways were all effective for vegetable pesticide residue remove, comparably, cutting epidermis effect was the best one. For water-soluble pesticides such as chlorothalonil, cleaning effect was positive, but was not evident for organic phosphorus pesticides. The effect of kaimi detergent was better for pyrethroide, residue could be removed thoroughly, but effect of other ways were dull.
