Scientific names of lily is Lilium spp, it is the Lilianceae perenial herb. There are almost 96 species in the world. Lilium is a great genus which includes abundance species and cultivars. Lilium is also one of the important ornamentals crops and ranks seventh among the cut flowers auctioned inthe world. Because of the glorious blooms and scent, they were mass-produced as potted plant, cut flower and courtyard plant. China is the distribution centre of lilium. While for some reasons, the breeding of lily is undeveloped. At present, there are not famous varieties and almost all of the Lily Bulbs is rely on imports . Although there ara many study on domestic production of Lily bulbs. there mang problems in the process of domestic production of Lily bulbs. Using import oriental lily bulbs and domestic oriental lily bulbs as experimental material.the studied from content of the compounds,physiological and biochemical characteristics in the Lily Bulbs, and study on the planting technology of ornamental lily in china.On the basis to improve study on the lily cultivation techniques .The main experimental results were an follows: the contents the 2-fura-nmethano and the 9,12-Oct -adecadienoic acid, methyl ester, (E,E)- in the Domestic Oriental lily bulbs is less than the contents in the Import Oriental lily bulbs.The contents of the 2-furanmethano in Siberia,Acapulco,Sorbonne is 2.57,0.79,2.58,but it is in the import oriental lily bulbs is 3.94,1.37,2.24. The contents of the9,12-Octadecadienoic acid, methyl ester, (E,E)- in Siberia, Acapulco, Sorbonne is 24.46,14.35,2.24,but it is in the Import Oriental lily bulbs is 26.84,15.65,6.87.The contents of reducing sugar , the amino acid and the soluble protein , activity of nitrate reductase, amylase activity in the domestic oriental lily bulbs is less than that in the Import oriental lily bulbs.the activity of nitrate reductase in Siberia,Acapulco,Sorbonne is 3.368,2.576,6.766,,but it is in the import orientallily bulbs is 4.336,3.546,7.996.There are some study on the relationship of the activity of nitrate reductase and NO4+-N, NO3- -N the research shows that the reduction will directly affect the growth period of Lily nitrate and ammonia nitrogen uptake, conversion efficiency, so the nitrate and ammonia nitrogen accumulation in Lily.Lily leaf the contnets of the chlorophyll,reducing sugar, amino acids, soluble protein synthesis decreased under the disease stress but the ammonium nitrate accumulation in the leaves of lily .the contents of the nitrate and ammonia levels under the disease stress were normal lily leaves levels of 2.17 times,1,.89%, 1.93%, 3.09%, the contents of the nitrate and ammonia nitrogen increased to a normal level of 1.92 times, 1.64 times, 1.76 times and 6.36 times that under the disease stress .In order to study on the planting technique of ornamental lily in china. The results show:it is not strict obout the planting technique of ornamental lily in china, mainly as follows : Flower irrigation water treatment resulted in partial improper alkali, high chemical oxygen demand, on the other hand, Lily planting soil physical and chemical nature of the deep-seated bosses analysis , as the result of N elements redundant in soil, the lack of Mo in soil.We propose that used 1mmol/L NO4+-N and 1mmol/L NO3- -N early in lily plant.used 1mmol/L NO4+-N and 10mmol/L NO3--N in the growing of lily .in the early we spray 50mmol the NO3--N on the leaves.Spraying 15mmol/L NO3--N in order to balancegrowth in the growing. However, the nitrate nitrogen application rate should not exceed 100mmol/L.Through study on the domestic cultivation of ornamental lily irrigation water quality, soil improvement preliminary experiment show that : in the process Lily planting we must control of the pH value in 5.8~6 and increase the contents of Fe2+ and S in soil.in oder to improve the content of Fe2 in soil...
