The system state parameter will be regulated after bring the SVC controller intopower system,. The change would be different as alteration of the selection of SVClocation, owing to the power system state parameter interaction and the numerous andcomplicated operation condition.The SVC control could boiled down to a sort of structure control method, itcould upgrade the anti-jamming ability of bus voltage through modify the systemlocal parameters, to bring the power system state parameter back to the feasiblebound, to enhance the survival ability, then improve the power system voltagestability. But taking the nonlinear character of the power system into consideration,the local optimal control can't ensure the global optimal character, sometimes shiftthe global character of the power system.This thesis discuss the effect of the alteration of location of the SVC to voltagestability of electrical power system, based on the continue power flow and smallsignal analysis method, through analysis the variation of number and locus ofeigenvalue of power system caused by SVC controller, to study the diversification ofthe power system structure stability. Electrical power system structure stabilityconsists of two aspects: Is it stability and How to lose stability. When the SVClocation is altered, the path of lose stability may be modified, and the structurestability of the electrical power system may be changed, while some charactersinterrelated with voltage stability is meliorated.This thesis give the proof that the SVC control could change the electrical powersystem structure stability on a single machine-load system, and to bring the unfoldingto describe the influence to multi-machine power system stability structure induced survivor can reached 99%.3. With the histological detection of GUS activity, the protocol of transformationfor genetic transformation in Phalanopsis is: pre-culture for 3 d, OD600=0.3, infectionfor 10 min, pH5.4, and co-culturing for 5 d, and appended 100μmol/L AS.4. The present transformation method is applied into Oncidium, but only lowtransformation was obtained.
