In order to research the antioxidation in different accelerating ripening stage of after harvest litchi pericarp, the related enzymatic active mensuration was carried out . It is indicated in this experiment that APX,CAT,GST activity was increased gradually during these 2 or 3 days, especially APX. And CAT is not so intensity. The tendency of activity and mRNA quantity is close to each other. The full-length cDNA of a gene was amplified and cloned from Litchi chinensis Sonn. by RT-PCR and RACE ( rapid amplification of cDNA ends) strategies. The cDNA contained 1 118 bp with an open reading frame (ORF) of 645 bp and encoded 214 amino acid residues. GST,CAT,GR full-length cDNA was cloned from cDNA chip. The CAT cDNA contained 1 189 bp with an open reading frame (ORF) of 876 bp and encoded 292 amino acid residues. The GST cDNA contained 913 bp with an open reading frame (ORF) of 600 bp and encoded 200 amino acid residues. Actin gene analogs amplified and cloned by cDNA chip random sequencing. APX,CAT,GST activity in different accelerating ripening stage indicated that mRNA quantity was increased gradually, and drawdown after 24 hours.
