| The genomes of 144 ducks of three breeds ( Shaoxing duck, Jinyun domestic duck, Peking duck) were scanned using 16 microsatellites as molecular markers in this research. The allele number of each marker(n), heterozygosity (H), effective numbers of allele, polymorphism information content (PIC) were all calculated. The correlation between some laying traits, such as egg production, egg production of 300-days, equal egg weight, body weight at first egg age, and markers'genotypes were discussed in this paper. The main results were as follows:1.128 allele were found in 16 microsatellites, the allele number of each locus is between 3 and 18, the heterozygosity (H) of all three breeds is between 0.2233 and 0.8664,mean value is 0.5925; PIC is between 0.2064 and 0.8531, mean value is 0.5509; effective numbers of allele is between 1.2875 and 7.4863, mean value is 3.0740. There are unique alleles in 15 sites except APL515894 more or less. The results indicated that there is abundant genetic difference and diversities among these three breeds, which is consistent with the plan.2.The correlation between markers'genotypes and some laying traits was discussed in this paper. The result showed that about egg production of 300-days: egg number of genotype CC in APL515894 is higher than the other two significantly(P﹤0.05); egg number of genotype CE in APL515883 is higher than five ones significantly(P﹤0.05); egg number of genotype BC in APL515893 is higher than four ones significantly(P﹤0.05); egg number of genotype EE in APL515884 are higher than five ones significantly(P﹤0.05). About age at first egg: age of genotype CC in APL515894 is earlier than the other two significantly(P﹤0.05); age of genotype AA in APL272578 is earlier than AB,AC significantly(P﹤0.05); age of genotype CD in APL515883 is earlier than other five ones significantly(P﹤0.05); age of genotype CC in APL515893 is later than AB,BC,BB significantly(P﹤0.05).About body weight at first egg: weight of genotype AB in APL272578 is higher than the others significantly(P﹤0.05); weight of genotype AB in APL515894 is higher than the other two significantly(P﹤0.05); weight of genotype AA in APL515893 is higher than AB,BC,BB significantly(P﹤0.05). The equal egg weight of 300 days of a genotype in APL515894 is higher than that in the other two significantly.3.The result of these three breeds NJ consensus trees showed: Shaoxing duck and Jinyun domestic duck were clustered together, and then with an cluster of Peking duck. |
