In this study, the pistal and stamen of two kernel apricots varieties were used asthe experiment materials. The differences among the supercooling point temperatureof anther and stigma, the pollen activity, pollen germination, pollen tube length, thetube growth and physiological and biochemical characters with INA bacteria andwithout INA bacteria were invested. In order to explain the effects of INA bacteria onpollination biology of apricot under low temperature. The main resuts were asfollowings:1. After inoculate INA bacteria, the supercooling point were significantincreased. The supercooling point temperature of the anther and stigma of Youyi wereseparately from -4.6℃and -3.8℃to -2.5℃and -2.2℃. 2.1℃and 1.6℃Chigher thancontrol. The temperaure of Longwangmao were separately from -4.0℃and -3.0℃to-2.4℃and -1.9℃. 1.6℃and 1.1℃of higher than control.2. Under the treatment of low temperature it were cut down the pollen activity,pollen germination and pollen tube length. At the treatment of -6℃, the pollenactivity of Youyi were 36.57% lower than control. The pollen germination were16.75% lower than control at -5℃, The pollen tube length of Youyi 345.56μm shorterthan CK. The existed of INA bacteria aggravate the cold damage and at the sametemperature treatment, the pollen activity were 4.4%~14.7% lower thannon-inoculated INA, the pollen germination were 0.73%~2.63% lower, the pollentube length were 20.08μm~208.89μm shorter.3. In order to explain the effects of INA on pollen germination and pollen tubegrowth, so the fluorescence microscope was used. The results showed that the lowtemperature treatment many none inoculated INA pollen germinated on the stigmaafter 4h pollination and could reached the ovary after 24h pollination. The existenceof INA bacteria inhibited pollen germination and pollen tube growth after 4hgermination and the pollen tube growth slowly and stopped after 24h germinationwith low temperature treatment.4. Under low temperature, the treatment of INA bacteria can greatly cut down theSOD and POD activity, and reduce the content of soluble protein and sugar, decreased the content of IAA and GA, increased the content of MDA, the existed of INAreduced the cold hardiness of apricot pistil and anther.5. To sum up, INA bacteria increased the supercooling point of anther and stigma,aggravated the cold hardiness, and changing the physiological and biochemicalcharacters, reduced the nutrition of pollen germination. The pollen activity declinedand the pollen tube growth un-normal. So the stress of low temperature INA bacteriacould influence the pollination and fertilization.
