Subject: Passage and conserve the strain of Rhizoctonia leguminicola, prepare the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia leguminicola, use the traditional teratogenic test to detect its teratogenic effect on mouse. Use behavioral teratology test to detect its teratogenic effect on mice posterity. Comprehend above results, preliminary assessment of the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia leguminicola's safe will be studied. It will settle the foundation of the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia leguminicola's clinical use.Method: (1) Passage and conserve the strain of Rhizoctonia leguminicola on PDA nutritive medium. (2) Inoculate Rhizoctonia leguminicola 94-2A to improved Czapek's nutritive medium, 25℃constant temperature cultivante 14d, harvest the secondary metabolites. (3) According to the government standard and combine experiences, utilized the teratogenic test to detect the teratogenic effect of the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia leguminicola. According to the data of mother nuclide toxicity, fetus'appearance, internal organ and skeletal deformity, judgement the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia leguminicola's teratogenic effect comprehendly. (4) To utilize the behavioral teratology test, aggregate analysis the data of growth and development, reflect and concordance motor ability, learning and remembrance ability, automatic action ability, evaluate the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia leguminicola's behavioral teratology effect.Result: (1) Passage and conserve the strain of Rhizoctonia leguminicola, three months a time. (2) The secondary metabolite of 94-2A is deep yellow, clear and got less suspended material. (3) The result of traditional teratogenic test to show that no significant differences were obserbed between the three secondary metabolites of Rhizotonia Leguminicola group and physiological saline group in the gestationed mice body weight increased, the rate of appearance teratismus, the rate of skeletal deformity, the rate of internal organ teratismus(P>0.05), but have significant differences to positive control group(P<0.01). (4) On behavioral teratology test, no significant differences were obserbed between the three secondary metabolites of Rhizotonia Leguminicola group and negative control group in the reflectance, coordinated motion ability, retention and autonomic activities(P>0.05), but have significant differences to positive control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Combine the result of traditional teratogenic test and behavioral teratology test, its showed us the secondary metabolites of Rhizotonia Leguminicola have no maternal toxicity, developmental toxicity , teratogenic effects and behavioral teratological effects under the experimental conditions.
