There are 13976 Chinese wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)landraces in china, which account for one third of the total number of wheat germplasm. Historically, wheat landraces have made tremendous contributions to breeding and production of wheat. Chinese wheat landraces possess many useful genes for wheat improvement. For example, gene Pm24 from'Chiyacao'is effective against a wide range of powdery mildew isolates."Wangshuibai"can be one of the best sources of resistance to Fusarium head blight. The deployment and utilization of desirable genes from landraces are important in development of modern wheat cultivars. In the present study, agromomical traits, HMW-GS composition and gliadin composition technique were used to detect genetic diversity of Chinese wheat landraces that originated from two vice area of Huanghuai wheat growing region.In the present study, integrated analysis of two diseases, three spike, four agronomic characters, HMW-GS composition and gliadin composition about 1437 Chinese wheat landraces in Huanghuai and Fenwei subsidiary region,reveal genetic diversity of Chinese wheat landraces, filter 18 species sum to 51 share same named wheat landraces, which provide academic witness for materials identify and resources manage.results as follows:(1)Genetic diversity analysis of all tested materials, in the aspect of spike characters, the landraces of long awn, white chaff, white grain, which account for the most of total number in Huanghuai plain subsidiary region, but in Fenwei velley subsidiary region, the landraces of long awn, white chaff and red grain account for the most.In the stripe rust disease resistance aspect, there are much more landraces of free infection, resistant and moderate resistant in Huanghuai plain subsidiary region than in Fenwei valley subsidiary region, especially the free from infection, which account for 42.73%. In the powdery mildew resistance, the two subsidiary regions present united tendency. In the main agronomic traits aspect, the two subsidiary region's landraces mostly higher than 90 centimeters. Spike length was between 5.8cm and 9.5cm. Kernel number were mostly concentrated between 23 and 50.And the 1000 kernel weight was generally low, only from 20g to 30g. (2)The results from SDS-PAGE about 1389 landraces indicated that the subunit composition of null/7+8/2+12 account for the most but present ample genetic diversity, about 23 allels and 42 subunit composition. Additionly, filter 9 landraces contain quality subunit of 1, 2*, 14+15, 13+16, 5+10, 5+12 etc,could used for improve wheat quality.(3)The results from gliadin analysis indicated that 62 bands were observed in a total of 51 materials. The frequency of each band ranged from 1.96% to 100%,and diversity index was between 0 and 0.691.Among them,ω-,γ-,β-andα-gliadins had 18,16,12 and 16 bands,respectively, andωregion has the most bands but the lowest diversity index.(4)Through integrated analysis of agronomy traits and SDS-PAGE about the same named landraces in Huanghuai wheat growing region, filter 18 species sum to 51 share same named wheat landraces, may be the same share respectively. Results from gliadin bands clustering analysis indicated that 18 same named materials was one cluster respectively, especially 2 baimangcao had completely same bands, and the genetic similarity coefficient of 2 zijingbai was about 0.95, which presents the two was the same material respectively. What I do also can be used for academic witness of materials identify and resources manage.
