| A two-factor experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different dosage-form phytase (liquid, powdery and granular) and pelleting temperature(75℃, 80℃and 85℃) on growth performance, metabolism, blood biochemistry target and quality of tibia bone of broilers fed low phosphorus corn-soybean diets. 400 one-day-old broilers were randomly divided into 10 groups, each group containing four replications and 10 chicken per replications(5 males and 5 females). The experiment was divided into two periods: earlier period(1~21 d) and later period(22~42 d). The control group fed normal phosphorus diets(earlier period available phosphorus is 0.453, later period is 0.394). The experimental group fed low phosphorus diets(earlier period available phosphorus is 0.356, later period is 0.289). Research on the effects of pelleting temperature to application results of different dosage-form phytase. The results obtained were as follows:1. The average daily gain(ADG) and feed/gain(F/G) of each experimental group broilers achieved the growth effect of feeding normal phosphorus diets. Earlier period(1~21 d), besides the F/G of adding granular phytase group was significantly lower than adding powdery phytase group(P<0.05), the effects of pelleting temperature on average daily feed intake(ADFI), ADG, F/G in broilers fed contained different dosage-form phytase diets were not differed significantly(P>0.05). Later period(22~42 d) and entire period(1~42 d), the ADG of adding granular phytase group was significantly higher than adding powdery phytase group(P<0.05), the F/G was significantly lower than adding powdery phytase group(P<0.05), and not differed significantly with adding liquid phytase group(P>0.05). Later period, the ADG of 75℃pelleting group and 85℃pelleting group were not differed significantly(P>0.05), and the F/G of 75℃pelleting group was significantly lower than 85℃pelleting group(P<0.05). Entire period, the ADG of 75℃pelleting group was significantly higher than 85℃pelleting group(P<0.05), the F/G was significantly lower than 85℃pelleting group(P<0.05).2. Besides the apparent digestibility of phosphorus of each experimental group broilers was significantly improved(P<0.05), the apparent digestibility of calcium, crude protein, energy and dry material was not significantly improved(P>0.05), individual reduced. The apparent digestibility of calcium, phosphorus of adding granular phytase group was significantly higher than adding powdery phytase group(P<0.05), the apparent digestibility of crude protein, energy, dry material of three dosage-form phytase were not differed significantly(P>0.05).The apparent digestibility of energy and nutrients of three pelleting temperature groups were not differed significantly(P>0.05), but reduced along with the pelleting temperature elevates.3. The P excretion of each experimental group broilers was significantly reduced(P<0.05). The P excretion of adding granular phytase group was significantly lower than adding powdery phytase group(P<0.05). The three pelleting temperature groups were not differed significantly(P>0.05), but elevates along with the pelleting temperature elevates.4. Compared with control group, the serum Ca, P, AKP, HYP of each experimental group of 21, 42 age broilers were not differed significantly(P>0.05). Adding three dosage-form phytase were not differed significantly(P>0.05). 21 age, the effects of pelleting temperature to serum Ca, P, AKP, HYP were not differed significantly(P>0.05). 42 age, the serum P of 75℃pelleting group was significantly higher than 85℃pelleting group(P<0.05), the serum AKP, HYP was significantly lower than 85℃pelleting group(P<0.05).5. Compared with control group, the each item target of tibia bone of each experimental group of 21, 42 age broilers were not differed significantly(P>0.05). 21 age, the shear force of tibia bone of adding granular phytase group was significantly higher than adding powdery phytase group(P<0.05). The rest each item target of tibia bone of three dosage-form phytase were not differed significantly(P>0.05). 42 age, the shear force, Ash of tibia bone of adding granular phytase group was significantly higher than adding powdery phytase group(P<0.05). 21 age, the effects of pelleting temperature to each item target of tibia bone were not differed significantly(P>0.05). 42 age, the phosphorus, shear force, Ash of tibia bone of 75℃pelleting group were significantly higher than 85℃pelleting group(P<0.05), the other items of tibia bone of three pelleting temperature groups were not differed significantly(P>0.05). |
