Discovery And Identification Eutypa Dieback Of Grapevine In China

The research materials was taken from vineyards in Yangling China from 2004.In order to prove whether Eutypa Dieback existed in China or not,we isolated and cultured the fungus from materials,firstly we filtered the fungus by biology character and then we use molecule tools to identigy them.Results indicated that:1.After comparing the materials taken in different seasons,we found that the best season to diagnose disease is early spring.2.Several methods used to identify.PCR was used to identify firstly,the results show one of the fungus is likely the pathogen;PCR-RFLP can not give an accurate identify,because more standard needed.DNA sequence analysis make sure an result, comparing in Geneback,it is Eutypella vitis.3.Eutypella vitis is a pathogenwhich have been identify abroad.This research first discovered Eutypa Dieback in China.Once it spread,it will caused truculency ruined.However,there is not any measure to control that.So,to give an understanding and to diagnose it is important.It needs more research on it.
