ABSTRACTCasuarina Equisetifolia was one of the pioneer trees which were used to take precautions against hurricane andfix sand in the south coastal region. It had strong autotrophic ability and behaved specially ecological superiority inimproving the entironment. It was pure Casuarina equisetifolia shelter forest in early times, therefore it was short ofconcomitant trees and vegetation. Now, the pure Casuarina equisetifolia shelter forest is in face of the decayinggrowth, declining productivity of the soil, these resulted its self-poisoned action, and that is the another importantreason which caused Casuarina equisetifolia renovating difficulty. Continuous plantation obstacles and low benefitsof Casuarina equisetifolia plantation ecosystem caused by long term plantation cultivation could be improvedthrough mixed afforestation and compound forestry with agriculture. But previously studies mainly concentrated oncompetition (forest fertility, growth space, light, heat, water and etc. ), community structure and ecological theoryand so forth, from which to analyze and discuss the interspecific relation of trees. There had been less researches onthe interspecific relation of trees from chemic-ecological direction. Therefore, root, the rhizosphere soil and leavesextract of Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. Pubescens, Bambusa ventricosa, Bambusa vulgaris var. striata,Dendrocalamus barbatus, Dendrocalamus latifloeus, Dendrocalamus minor var. amoenus, Bambusa multiplexf.alphonsekarri, Dendrocalamus minor, Bambusa var. Silverstripe, Bambusa textilis Mcclure accompanied with thegermination of Casuarina equisetifolia were mensurated, in order to offer the basis for choosing appropriatebamboos planting with Casuarina equisetifolia and solving the problems of continuous plantation obstacles. Theresults showed that:1.Different bamboos and concentration at different levels had allelopathy in Casuarina equisetifolia. TheCasuarina equisetifolia germination standard including the Absolute germination rate, Absolute germination potential,Root length, Embyo length, Fresh weigth, Dry weigth were affected by different concentration, which was ofchangefully.2.The extract of Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. pubescens root, rhizosphere soil and foliage with lowconcentration disposal promoted Casuarina Equisetifolia seeds' germination index in different levels, in which50mg/kg extract had the strongest advanced effect.3.Three different concentration of levels extract of Dendrocalamus barbatus had inhibitory effects on radicalelongation of Casuarina equisetifolia seeds and had stimulating effects on other germination indices in differentlevels, 200mg/kg extract had the strongest advanced effects: Three different concentration levels of extract ofrhizosphere soil had few effects on Casuarina equisetifolia''s fresh weight and dry weight, while had inhibitoryeffect on other germination indices in different levels, in general the higher concentration, the lower inhibitory effect;while the low concentration levels of foliage extract had evident inhibitory effects on seeds' absolute germination rate and had few effects on other germination index.4.The extract in 50mg/L of Bambusa textilis Mcclure root, rhizosphere soil and foliage promoted CasuarinaEquisetifolia seeds' germination index in different levels, in 100mg/L and 200mg/L, different extracts had differenteffects on Casuarina Equisetifolia seeds' germination indices, in which rhizosphere soil extract had stimulatingeffects on seeds' other germination indices except the evident inhibitory effects on absolute germination rate.5.Three different concentration levels of root of extract of Bambusa ventricosa had inhibitory effect onCasuarina equisetifolia seeds' most germination index, rhizosphere soil extract in 50mg/L inhibited CasuarinaEquisetifolia seeds' germination indices in different levels, the higher concentration, the lower inhibitory effects.6.The extract in 50mg/L of Dendrocalamus minor var. amoenus root, rhizosphere soil promoted or inhibitedinevidently Casuarina Equisetifolia seeds' germination indices, the effects came to inhibitory on some index alongthe indicatorin ascension. The extract in 100mg/L of foliage promoted Casuarina Equisetifolia seeds' germinationindex, the concentration in 50mg/L inhibited seeds' Absolute germination rate, Embryo length and Dry weight, theconcentration in 200mg/L inhibited seeds' Root length and Embryo length.7.Root and rhizosphere soil extract of Bambusa multiplexf. alphonsekarr had stimulating effects or slenderinhibitory on seeds' bourgeon course at low concentration. 100mg/L and 200mg/L of root extract had distinctinhibitory effect on seeds' Absolute germination rate, root length, Embyo length, Dry weight, Fresh weight. 100mg/Land 200mg/L of rhizosphere soil extract had inhibitory effect on Absolute germination rate and Dry weight, and hadstimulating effect on other indices.8.Root extract of Bambusa vulgaris var. striata three concentration had stimulating effect on seeds' Absolutegermination rate, and had inhibitory effect on other indices, 50mg/L of rhizosphere soil extract had stimulating effect onevery index of Casuarina equisetifolia seed. 100mg/L and 200mg/L of rhizosphere soil extract had little timulating orinhibitory effects on Casuarina equisetifolia seed. Leaves' extract three concentration had different degreestimulating effects on seeds' every index.9.Root extract of Dendrocalamus latifloeus three concentration had distinct inhibitory effects on seeds'Absolute germination rate, Root length, Embyo length, Dry weight. Rhizosphere soil extract had inhibitoyr on seeds'every index. 100mg/L and 200mg/L of leaves of extract had inhibitory effects on seeds' Absolute germination rate. threeconcentration all had stimulating effects on seeds' other indices.10.Root and rhizosphere soil extract of Bambusa var. Silverstripe's three concentration had inhibitory effectson seeds' Absolute germination rate, Root length, Embyo length, Dry weight. Leaves extract three concentration hadslender stimulating effects on Absolutegermination potential and Fresh weigth, and had distinct inhibitory effects onseeds' Root length. The extract of root, rhizosphere soil and leaves had different effects on Casuarina equisetifolia'sat different concentration.11.Dendrocalamus minor leaves extract had stimulating or slender inhibitory effects on Casuarinaequisetifolia at low concentration. 200mg/L leaves extract had inhibitory effects on seeds' Root length, and had stimulating effect on other indices. 50mg/L of rhizosphere soil extract of Dendrocalamus minor had stimulatingeffects on seeds' every index. In other words, there was good interspecific biochemical relationship between Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.Pubescens, Dendrocalamus barbatus, Bambusatextilis Mcclure, Dendrocalamus minor, Bambusamultiplexf.Alphonsekarri and Dendrocalamus minor var. amoenus with Casuarina equisetifolia. In the view of interspecificbiochemical relationship, plants mixed, interplanted these bamboos with Casuarina equisetifolia could stimulate thegrowth of Casuarina equisetifolia.
