Part1.Oscillating chemical reactions and their applications in analytical determinationA brief review was made in the following fields: introduction to chemical oscillating reactions, conditions of chemical oscillating reactions, the progress of oscillating chemical reactions, the applications of oscillating chemical reactions to analytical determination, the properties and mechanisms of oscillating chemicalreactions and significance and the foreground of research in oscillating chemical reactions.Part 2. Determination of Fipronil in Cabbage by the B-Z oscillating reaction system.A simple and sensitive analytical method was proposed for the determination of fipronil in a closed system. Results show a good linear relationship between the change in the oscillation amplitude and concentration of fipronil. The calibration curve is linearly proportional to the concentration of fipronil over the range 1.0×10-5~1.25×10-7 mol·L-1, with a regression coefficient 0.994 and a detect limit 8.0x10-9mol.L-1.Part 3. The effect of Chlorpyrifos on the Belousov-Zhabotinskii Oscillating ReactionA simple and sensitive analytical method was proposed for the determination of Chlorpyrifos by the perturbation caused by different amounts of Chlorpyrifos on the B-Z oscillating chemicalsystem in a closed system. Results show a good linear relationship between the change in the oscillation period and the concerntration of Chlorpyrifos. The calibration curve is linearly proportional to the concentration of chlorpyrifos over the range 2.0×10-4 mol·L-1—7.25×10-7 mol·L-1 with a regression coefficient 0.99948 and a detect limit 9.0×10-8 mol·L-1.Part 4. Determination of Thiram hangover in Mushroom by B-Z chemical oscillating Reaction.A simple analytical method for the determination of thiram in mushroom was proposed by a sequential perturbation on an oscillating chemical involves a Ce(Ⅳ)-catalysed oscillating reaction between KBrO3 and CH2(COOH)2 0.8 mol·L-1H2SO4 medium with the aid of continuous-flow stirred tank reactor (CSTR). And it relies on the linear relationship between the change in the oscillation amplitude of chemical system and the concentration of thiram. The calibration curve fits a linear equation verywell when the concentration of thiram ranges from 3.0×10-4~1.25×10-7 mol·L-1 with a regression coefficient 0.99963 and a detect limit 2.5×10-10 mol·L-1. A recovery range of 73.94% and 86.47% was obtained when thiram contained in mushroom was determined.
