The rice is our country tradition planter crops,occupies the important status in the domestic and foreign trades,but intoxication accidents caused by pesticide residues in rice occurred frequently.Pesticide residues in rice become more dangerous to people' s health.So it is necessary to build rapid determination method of pesticide residue in rice to control the quality of rice.To the best of my knowledge,but acts according to the current domestic and foreign research present situation,in the rice the pesticide residue analysis method existence obvious is insufficient,the most research concentrates to the list remains or the selectivity remains,lacks the agricultural Chemicals to remain the examination method and the new technical application.The present paper uses the matrix solid phase disperser extraction method to take the sample the processing method,Drenches the lotion type through the different padding,drenches the lotion the amount used,the sample Canadian water volume and so on to the rice in the organic phosphorus agricultural chemicals extract influence, proposed in the optimized rice the organic phosphorus agricultural chemicals matrix solid phase dispersible extract method,The experimental result indicated that,To the ethyl acetate does by the silica gel as the padding drenches the cleaning solution,in does not add water drenches the lotion the amount used is under the 20mLcondition,its returns-ratio between 65.7~90.1%,obtains satisfaction the result.The traditional ultrasonic wave and the mechanical oscillations law method withdraws,the purification in the organic phosphorus pesticides,its returns-ratio between 53~111.8%.Except the dichlorovos,mevinphos,phorate and so on organic phosphorus,other basically may accept;Its RSD also is smaller than 20%.Compares with the MSPD,the dichlorovos,mevinphos,phorate,terbufos,diazinon do not have the MSPD law to be good.Simultaneously two traditional methods all in addition must purify.Increase examination time and man power investment.Simultaneously the author acts according to each organophosphorus in GC-FPD response sensitivity.The average recoveries of dichlorovos,parathion-methyl, fenitrothion,malathion,isofenphos-methy,triazophos,which added 0.1 mg/kg,1 mg/kg, 2 mg/kg and other added 0.2mg/kg,2 mg/kg,4 mg/kg in rice was 74.8~119.1%, Although RSD is big,they are all below 20%(only has mevinphos above this),the method increase recycling result can conform to the pesticide residue analysis requirement.Using the method which optimizes to our province three kind of main rice and the Northeast rice and the Shenyang small rice has carried on the actual sample organic phosphorus pesticide residue examination.The result discovered that,in all investigations rice,only examines besides the small glutinous millet each kind of rice dichlorovos respectively be between 0.069±0.010 mg/kg to 0.22±0.06mg/kg,Simultaneously the author also uses the above matrix solid phase disperser extraction method to withdraw with the phorate,α-BHC,β-BHC,Dimethoate,γ-BHC,δ-BHC,chlorothalonil,vinclozolin,Chlorpyrifos,Fipronil,α-endosulfan,P,P-DDE, P,P-DDD,O,P-DDT,P,P-DDT,bifenthrin,lambda-cyhalothrinⅠ, Lambda-cyhalothrinⅡ,S-fenvalerateⅠ,S-fenvalerateⅡ.To GC-ECD takes the examination method,The average recoveries in rice above several kind of pesticides under 3 kind of added density,is lower than 70.0%exceptα-endosulfan in 0.5mg/kg and the 0.05mg/kg added density returns-ratio,other various pesticides returns-ratio in 77.5~118.9%,The basic performance satisfies the pesticide residue analysis the request.
