Soil CO2 efflux is an important consideration in the studies of the global carbon cycle.If we want to have deeply studies of the global carbon cycle,the studies of terrestrial ecosystems soil respiration is necessary.Environmental factor such as temperature,moisture,organic material have an great effect on soil respiration.with the global changing,those environmental factors will change too,and those change may have a positive feedback to soil carbon emission.Forest ecosystem and farmland ecosystem are two most important parts in terrestrial ecosystems,and,there aren't many studies on soil respiration in those types land.so we choose four types of land with different vegetations in Anhui agriculture univestiy and Dashushan forest park,observed soil respiration rate and other Environmental factor From 2005.11 to 2006.5.Analyse seasonal variation of soil respiration rate,and its,relativity to temperature,moisture,organic material.The main conclusions are:1 soil respiration rate have great seasonal variation in four different types of land,the wheat land and disafforestation's soil respiration are much bigger than fallow land and forest.2 All four different types of land's soil respiration rate have notable relativity with temperature,exponential model can well describe that relativities.But the model's effect have discrimination in different months.3 All four different types of land's soil respiration rate's seasonal variation have a consistency with moisture,the wheat land and disafforestation's soil respiration rate have a good liner relation with soil moisture.then standardize the soil respiration rate,the relativities between soil respiration rate and soil moisture are notable heighten.4 the Q10of four different types of land are different,disafforestation's>wheat land'>-forest'>fallow land',and four different types of land' Q10have a positive correspond with seasonal variation of soil moisture,have a negative correspond with organic material.
