The vegetations and climate data were used in article were come from the experimental stations of Xinlingol and Hulunber in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The transform tendencies of climates about two regions of rangeland ecosystems under the background of the global climatic change based on the long term and comprehensive collections of the relative data were explored, moreover, the correlative models of the rangeland productivities and hydrothermal factors were established to propose the methods of sustainable development of rangeland ecosystems. The results were: the average temperatures of two regions showed the increase tendencies in the resent twenty years, and which were higher in typical steppe than that in meadow steppe; the correlation of≥0℃effectual accumulated temperatures and the biomass above ground was first positive power in the rangeland of Ewenke, but it showed no significant correlation in the rangeland of Xilinhaote; in the rangeland of Xilinhaote, we investigated the correlations between four main populations (Leymus chinensis, Stipa grandis, Cleistogenes squarrosa, Artemisia frigida) and≥0℃effectual accumulated temperatures, it indicated no significant correlations except the biomass of Artemisia frigida and≥0℃effectual accumulated temperatures; the correlations between effectual accumulated precipitations and biomass above ground of two regions were the significant first positive powers, and which in meadow steppe was extremely significant; there were no significant correlations between the biomass above of Leymus chinensis and effectual accumulated precipitations of two regions, therefore, the analysis of this aspect should be more comprehensive and meticulous.
