The Measuring about indicators of function is not only long-term observation, but alsovery difficult. Indicators of structure objected with a short time and very easy. Present subjectdecided to study the northeast region as water conservation forest, in research system andanalysis based on the stand growth structure and function, combination with many availabledata, explore and establish the relationship between stands structure indicators and forestecosystem function, mathematical model, realize quantitative simulation. At a single function and structure of a number of indicators corresponding to theestablished model validation shows, significantly higher in all regression models atα=0.05level is notable. And through calculation, we got the expected indicators is greater than theminimum threshold, conclusion is that the credibility of five regression model. In all fivegroups simulates process, the canopy density of forest was introduced four times and removed0; average breast diameter was introduced one time and removed three; average height wasintroduced one time and removed three; Litter stock volume was introduced three times andremoved two. Note the canopy density of forest is the major factor affecting forest function,Litter stock volume followed.Part of the data separately into the regression model has been established after the show, most predictive results are close to the actual. So according to this study can be obtained withthe model for the same type of stand related indicators forecasting and modeling.Stock volume is the major indicator of Stand structure, with canopy interception andwater-holding capacity of litter and soil are related, and correlation notable.
