Apple tree in the full fruit was taken as the material in this experiment, and was fertilized with the N, P, K before germination.There are three parts in this experiment: (1) Different rates potassium fertilizer were fertilized in this experiment in order to determine the effect of potassium on growth and quality of Red Fuji Apple, to find the best rate of potassium fertilizer for physiological, biochemical characteristic and quality of red Fuji apple, and offer reference for fertilizing potassium in reason in the fruit planting; (2) Different proportions of N, P, K fertilizer were applied to apple tree in this experiment, in order to determine the effect of different proportions of N, P, K fertilizer on growth and quality of Red Fuji Apple, and find the best proportion for the growth and quality of Fuji apple; (3)The effect of N, P, K balanced fertilization on the yield of Fuji apple was stufied by means of quadratic general rotational design. Also the reaction model between the apple yield and the N, P, K was established.The result indicated:(1) The potassium can accelerate the compounding and stabilization of chlorophy, ameliorate the photosynthesis of apple tree, improve the growth of new-treetop; The potassium can accelerate the absorbability and using for many elements, also accommodate the inverse proportion within the elements; The potassium can improve the quality of Fuji apple availably. Howbeit the accelerate effect only happens when the dosage of potassium is in a certain bound, it baffles the accelerate effect when dosage of potassium oversteps the bound.(2) Fertilize P, N, K fill in prescription can ameliorate the photosynthesis of Fuji apple tree, improve the accumulation of photosynthesis production, accelerate the absorbability and using for many elements,improve the quality of Fuji apple availably. The P, N, K should fertilize in reason for production, in order to reduce fertilizer loss and exert the most effect of fertilizer.(3) The effect of three factors N, P, K on the yield of apple tree by dgrees in series P, N, K. The result indicated that by analyse:when X1=0.5,X2=0.367,X3=0.407 the yield of apple tree gained maximum, namely the marginal yield gained maximum for certain element; After analyse the model, the interactions between per two elements within the three elements were studied which are significant positive interaction in lower level and significant negative interaction in higher level; By simulation with computer to gained the best fertilize bound of N, P, K for highest yield : N:23.08 Kg/666.7 m2~30.41 Kg/666.7 m~2,P:21.06 Kg/666.7 m~2~27.22 Kg/666.7 m~2,K:32.14 Kg/666.7 m~2~45.55 Kg/666.7 m~2.
