Study On Cold Resistance Of Zoysia Japonica Steud. Lanyin No 3

Zoysia japonica steud. Lanyin No 3 has adapted well to the situation of south Changjiang River, it is a good variety which has lots of characters including low stem,good resistance,quick establishment,early regeneration,good texture,good view,low consumption of conservation and management,high seed yield and high germination percentage,so it has wild extension and applied perspective. But the studies on Zoysia japonica steud. Lanyin No 3 are nothing except turf character,adaptability,seed production,seed treatment,cultivated measures and managements,as to the studies about resistance stress,genitic character,biological techniques etc are vain.In this experiment we chooseed Zoysia japonica steud. Qingdao and Zoysia japonica steud. Jiaoda No1 for CK,some value indexes were choosed which could show the cold-resistance of different varieties,the indexes including electrolyte leakage,content of WSS,Fpro,MDA,SP,activity of SOD and CAT,content of Chl,the physiological and biochemical variation of leaves,stems and rhizomes of three varieties were determined in chilling temperature and freezing temperature treatments,and the physiological and biochemical variation of leaves,stems and rhizomes of three varieties are tracing-determined in natural temperature,according to variation trend of the results, systematic study on the physiological character of three varieties were systematic studied,cold-resistant physiological and biochemical adaptive mechanism were discussed, physiological and biochemical differences between three varieties and different temperature were analysed, correlation between different physiological and biochemical indexes in different temperature were analysed,and the cold-resistant character was uncovered, cold-resistant character were comprehensive assessed by weight measure,and the order of cold-resistance from high to low is: Lanyin No 3〉Qingdao〉Jiaoda No1 in chilling and freezing temperature; Lanyin No 3〉Jiaoda No1〉Qingdaoin natural temperature.And we found that cold-resistance of Lanyin No 3 is the best between three varieties.Different plants in different situation may adapt to the resistance stress by different methods,even though the same plant. Three are various physiological and biochemical difference between three varieties in artificial temperature and natural temperature,the correction of the same index of different varieties in the same temperature condition is different, the correction of the same index and same variety but different parts in the same temperature condition is also different.Some indexes including electrolyte leakage,content of WSS,Fpro,SP,Chl could be used as cold resistant indexes in the natural temperature, according to which we could determine the,if electrolyte leakage is low and curve fluctuate slightly then we can determine the cold resisitant ability is high,if the content of WSS,Fpro,SP和Chl is high and curve fluctuate slightly we can determine the cold resisitant ability is high.
