In the tobacco production, the measure of only using fertilizers in soil can notimprove the quality of tobacco because soil nutrients releasing is not coincident withthe nutrients absorb rules of tobacco, and the leaf fertilizer with low cost and higheffect can harmonize the nutrients of tobacco leaf and improve the economic benefitof tobacco under assorting with soil fertilizer.Aim at the rules of nutrients absorbing during whole growth process of tobacco.Using K326 as test Variety, four different groups of the amino acid fluid fertilizermaterials were designed, There were 11 different treatment comparison tests. Theagronomic, physiological characters, the quality and economic characteristics aftercuring were studied. The results showed that:1. Testing the agronomic characters of tobacco showed that, the treatmentsprayed the fluid fertilizer contained KH2PO4 and MgSO4 can significantly increasethe tobacco phmt height, number of leaves per plant, girth, area of the maximum leaf. The effect of spraying the fluid fertilizer containing KH2PO4 in fast growing stagewas more obviously than in rosette stage. The effect of spraying the fluid fertilizercontaining MgSO4 in rosette stage was more obviously than in fast growing stage.2. Testing the photosynthetic characteristics of tobacco showed that, the fluidfertilizer of amino acid whether containing KH2PO4 or MgSO4 can significantlyimprove the photosynthetic capacity of tobacco, the effect of the fluid fertilizercontaining MgSO4 was the best, only sprayed the fluid fertilizer of amino acid had theeffect secondly, the effect of spraying the animal protein amino acid was not obvious.3. Testing the economic indicators of flue-cured tobacco showed that, the effectof spraying the fluid fertilizer containing MgSO4 on the single leaf weight and theyield had extremely significant difference compared to CK. Only sprayed the fluid fertilizer of amino acid or sprayed fluid fertilizer containing KH2PO4, compared toCK, the difference on the single leaf weight and the yield of tobacco was significant, the difference on the flue-cured tobacco output and the rate of upper-middle gradeleaves was veer significant, spraying the animal protein amino acid had no significanteffect to the economic indicators of flue-cured tobacco.4. Testing the total sugar and reducing sugar showed that, all of the treatment cansignificantly increase the content of total sugar, reducing sugar, the effect of the fuidfertilizer containing KH2PO4 was better than that containing MgSO4 or only the fluidfertilizer of amino acid, the effect of spraying two times was better than only sprayingone time. If only choose one stage for spraying, the effect of only sprayed the fluidfertilizer of amino acid or sprayed fluid fertilizer containing KH2PO4 was better infast growing stage than in rosette stage, but the effect of sprayed fluid fertilizercontaining MgSO4 was contrary to them.5. Testing K, nicotine and Shimuke value showed that, the treatment sprayedfluid fertilizer can increase Shimuke value and the content of K, reduce the nicotinecontent, improve the quality of tobacco. The effect of spraying the fluid fertilizercontaining KH2PO4 on increasing the content of K was very significant, only sprayedthe fluid fertilizer of amino acid or sprayed the fluid fertilizer containing MgSO4 alsohad a significant effect compared to CK. Sprayed the fluid fertilizer containedKHEPO4 had the biggest impact in the nutrient composition, the effect of spraying twotimes and only spraying in fast growing stage was Obviously better than only inrosette stage. Spraying the fluid fertilizer containing MgSO4 had significant effect onreduce the content of nicotine.
