This paper indoor water dissolution rate, Sand column, column leaching, fertilizer-bag and fieldtesting means test, systematic study of our hospital made of coated urea nutrient release characteristics;coated urea different dosage levels of soil nutrient dynamics, and the growth and development of corn;Under different conditions of soil fertility coated urea production and the effect of nitrogen utilizationresearch. Seeks to achieve coordinated development of both fertilizers release nutrients, reduce thefrequency of fertilization, as well as lower fertilizer costs, improving fertilizer use efficiency. Study reachedthe following conclusions:1. Water solubility experiment shows that both coated urea nutrient early dissolution rate was less than8%, Dissolution rate differential between the 1.2%-1.5%, consistent with internationally recognizedstandards, with some slow/controlled release effect. The test results of Sand column, column leaching andfertilizer-bag shows:two coated urea release nutrients more slowly than the non-coated urea,Polyolefin-coated played a good role in the sustained-release. Coated urea accumulation of nutrientsreleased curve in a "S" shape, nutrient release can be divided into slow release and fast release, 3 velocityrelease period, and the crop nutrient absorption curve has formed a "S" shape, This makes nutrient supplyand demand simultaneously with certain feasibility. Coated urea cumulative nutrient release rate with thelaw logistic curve, CRU1 CRU2 and accumulated nitrogen release rate logistic curve y=k/(1+EXPa-rt) sideFitting way to achieve results were very significant extent, according to the curve in the given time toforecast their nutrient release.2. Coated urea in the field test shows that during the corn maturity, with controlledrelease urea nitratecontent of the soil has remained very high figure, controlled release ureaⅡ3 (CRUⅡ3) soil nitrate contentof 11.62 kg, ammonium nitrogen content in the soil for 14.93 kg, coated urea in the entire corn during thegrowing period Topsoil ammonium nitrate content and the changes and movement of the jade meter growthcreated a suitable environment to enable the growth of corn in the process of absorbing balance of nutrients,Corn guaranteed high yield, which is better than ordinary urea.3. Contrasted by urea, application of coated urea increased by the emergence of corn, biomass, yield, controlled release urea in the field trials, could play a controlled-release fertilizers release, can be a lot offertilizer application in early burn no vaccine.4. The results of different dosage levels of coated urea nitrogen used on corn yield show that coatedurea nitrogen utilization is high mainly because of the coated urea nitrogen release rate and corn nitrogenuptake rate is the same further. Therefore coated urea application could signist of nitrogen within the samerace between fertilizers, With the increase of nitrogen in addition to CRUⅡproduction has been increasingsince the downward trend, the rest of the fertilizer showed a rising trend and N treatment than the control(ck) production 89.5%~138.86%, achieved a very significant level. Corn biomass accumulation showed thesame trend. Plant maturity of nitrogen uptake by CRUⅡthree treatments, as 203.42kg/hm2 than urea (CU)19.6 kg/hm2 high.5. The results of Different fertility levels coated urea on Corn Yield and fertilizer nitrogen utilizationshow that Soil fertility based on the level of coated urea dosage will be able to play the yield fertilizerbetter. Lower fertility levels in the Corn coated urea application on corn yield very significant results, application rate should be increased; the higher level of fertility of black soil, the soil nitrogen absorptioncorn more Fertilizer nitrogen uptake and output naturally, should decrease the amount of usage. Differentlevels of soil fertility on coated urea were increased more by ck in the range of 45.9% to 59%, by otherproductions of urea nitrogen were increased in the range of 5.6% to 10.1%. Coated urea nitrogen utilizationhaves relevant to the level of soil fertility levels, in the low fertility level, CRUⅠand CRUⅡrespectivelyfor the utilization is 39.3%,43.8%; in the high fertility levels, CRUⅠand CRUⅡrespectively for theutilization is 38.5%,36.4%. Urea average utilization rate of 39.5%, higher than ordinary urea sevenpercentage points. Coated urea nitrogen utilization haves relevant to the level of soil fertility levels.6. Although relatively expensive, coated urea can get a higher cost-effectiveness because of its yieldadvantages. CRUⅠ2, CRUⅠ3, CRUⅡ2 and CRUⅡ3 in the highest level among three points, morethan the value of ck: 2 509.53 yuan/hm2, 2 807.63 yuan/hm2, 3 182.39 yuan/hm2, 2 840.79 yuan/hm2. wecan see that CRUⅡ2 haves the highest value.
