This experiment takes the cucurbita ficifolia bouch is the stock ,the cucumber originates from the early spring dense thorn as the research object ,and the root cucumber is the comparison ,through biology observation of heals process in the cucumber seedling stage ,the spots peroxide same labor enzyme analysis ,soluble protein content change ,anatomy observation have been conducted at the same time .The superiority of the physiological mechanism in seedling stage is also discussed. The findings indicated that:1. The offspring speed in grafts cucumber during seedling stage is faster than that of the growth. Root ratio in grafts cucumber is bigger than that of the offspring which indicated that grafts cucumber is stronger than the offspring.2.The grafts cucumber union department ,wound seedling union department as well as the offspring's stem peroxide enzyme activity change after treatment .The result indicated that the POD activeness in grafts cucumber union department presents the tendency which first rises ,then drops .In the 11th day ,the difference changes slightly .The POD activeness change is steady in the comparison.3.The peroxide enzyme activeness of grafts cucumber ,and the cucumber offspring and the pumpkin offspring were analysised by Polyacrylamine Glectorphoresis(PAGE) 1-2 kind of new strip belt in the stem department of grafts cucumber was determined.4.In this experiment the grafts union department the cucumber upside the grafts ,the lower part in pumpkin's stem after grafting and the accommodating soluble protein content change have been studied .The result indicated that ,the grafts union department ,the upside cucumber ,the lower part pumpkin and the accommodating soluble protein content show the drop tendency .After grafts heals ,the stock and the scion merge into one organic whole ,the soluble protein content in the grafts combination starts to rise again ,then enters the normal developmental stage.5.Through anatomy observation of the grafts seedling ,the results ,show that :The first stage :after grafts 1d and 2day ,insulating layer forms ;The second stage :after grafts 3d and 4d ,callus forms ;The third stage :after grafts 5d and 6d ,callus split ,embrace and connect ;The fourth date : after grafts 7d and 8d ,cambium restores ,the conducting tissue connects .After the cucumber seedling grafted 12th day ,to the new vascular bundle form at the heal spot .The grafts has already survived ,so the grafts clamps can be removed.
