57 cows in perinatal period were used in the experiment. Through clinical symptom and laboratory examination, they were divided into six groups that were healthy multiparity cows, healthy primiparity cows, cows with fatty liver disease, cows with ketosis and cows with retention of fetal membrance, mastitis in cows. The blood of antepartum 15, 8, 1 day and postnatal 1, 8, 15, 22 day were experimented.Serum enzyme and trace element were detected. The purpose of the research was to identify the pathogenesis of the cow's metabolic disease in perinatal period. The results showed that:1.The content of serum Cu,Zn,Mn,Mg in Healthy multiparity cows postpartum1d were significantly higher than that of cow with diseases(P<0.05). The content of serum CuZnMnMg in Healthy multiparity cows at any time point were not significant than that of the first-born cows(P>0.05).2. Generally, The activity of serum SOD,CuZn-SOD,T-AOC in cows with diseases were lower than that of healthy multiparity cows. The activity of serum Mn-SOD were opposite to the results ahead.3.The activity of serum MDA,·OH in cow with diseases Antepartum 1d,postpartum 8d were significantly higher than that of healthy cow in the same period(P<0.05).Statistical results showed that: Correlative coefficient of Cu,Zn,Mn,Mg vs T-SOD respectively was 0.552,0.935,0.884,0.924; Correlative coefficient of Cu,Zn vs CuZn-SOD respectively was 0.568,0.799. Correlative coefficient of Mn vs Mn-SOD respectively was 0.899.
