| Juglans regia L and Juglans sigillata Dode nature populations were studied. Four Juglans sigillata(CH,DF,CG,JW)and two Juglans rigia(LH,ZM)populations were selected in western of Sichuan province.Genetic diversity were researched by phenotypical traits and molecular marker analysis of populations.The experimental results showed that:(1) 8 phenotypic traits of nut were selected , three kind nutlet have postive or negtive with some of them.(2) Coefficient of variation order of Juglans sigillata phenotypical traits: Weight of nut >First leaf shape index>Side leaf shape index>nut shape index>sick of hull. It showed that the variation among populations was 28.85%,there was significant difference in morphological traits among individuals within populations.(3) Compare with 6 populations by significant phnotypic traits,it showed that there were more difference in Juglans sigillata population than Juglans regia. Compare with SSR molecular marker results,it showed that CH has more genetic diversity than ZM population. |
