Abstract:The study and utilize of heterosis Of Gossypium Hirsutum×G.Barbadense is a new way to improve the qualitative of Cotton fiber.In this experiment we use five G barbadense and five Gossypium hirsutum as parents to prepare twenty-five cross combination with the method of mis-classification diallel crossing design.to study the appearance of heterosis of the Cotton parents and F1 component..On the basis of analytical model and method of quantitative genetics to estimate the effect of combining ability and heritability To analysis the gene effect of the main characters and on this basis use mo hui dong's modified generation mean analysis of additive-dominance-epistasis model to estimate the background effect(m),additive effect(d),dominant effect(h),additive×additive.effect(i).additive×dominance.effect. and dominance×dominance effect approach genetic mechanism of the heterosis.The finding are showed as follow.One heterosis.The heterosis of quality character is obviously than that of yield traits Fiber length and fiber strength have higher heterobeltiosis,more than twenty percent combination reach standard A,among yield traits boll number fruit branches and fruit nodes all have high mid-parent advantage.super parent advantage and competitive advantage.The combination of A3B5 has the cotton yield as the comparison.Two combining abilityAnalysis of variance of combining ability showed that fiber length and fiber strength's variance of general combining ability are significant Among G barbadense and among Gossypium hirsutum.boll number and cotton yield have extremely significant variance of general combining ability among G barbadense boll weight has significant variance of general combining ability among Gossypium hirsutum, Analysis of combining ability effect showed that general combining ability effect in each traits of the identical parent and identical trait among different parents all have evident difference.D17 and jun hai 1 has high general combining ability effect in each yield traits.Gossypium Hirsutum are better than G.Barbadense in general combining ability effect of quality trait xin hai 18 is especially better.Analysis of specific combining ability showed that specific combining ability has great difference in combination from identical parent and different traits of identical combination combination's cotton yield and its' factor has better specific combining ability when its'maternal is D17.The combination of A3B5 has the cotton yield as the comparison.specific combining ability effect of quality traits is quiet in every combination,but except combinations D17 as its' maternal Three correlation between heterosis and combining abilityMid- parent advantage and variation coefficient environmental variance are big in phenotypic variance of the traits of boll number cotton yield fiber length and fiber strengthSix analysis of gene effect of yield and quality traitThe inheritance of lint percentage mainly appear additive effect,the inheritance of boll weight was complicated its' inheritance discrepancy additive-dominance model and additive-dominance-
