On the condition that China needs to vigorously develop and use of biomass energy, and the biomass technical obstacles of lingo-cellulose materials encountered in the anaerobic conversion process , This paper studies how to improve anaerobic biological conversion of lingo-cellulose materials efficiently. This paper selected corn stalk for specific objects. This paper studies the following three aspects:The first, The effect of Cornstalk's granularities on anaerobic fermentation characteristics. We selected three different granularities of the corn stalk materials for the anaerobic fermentation test in batches. The Study showed that: either at room temperature or medium temperature conditions, the three granularities of 10-20cm, 2-3cm and 20-30 mesh of raw materials, 2-3cm's daily and cumulative biogas production are the highest, Therefore the 2-3cm can be recommended as the best granularities. The second, The effect of NaOH pretreatment of cornstalk on anaerobic fermentation characteristics. The testing results showed that: After NaOH treatment, the cornstalk ingredients have greatly changed: the hemi-cellulose is in a great degree of degradation, Lignin is in a small part of the degradation, cellulose is expanding, structure is loose, these changes are beneficial to anaerobic fermentation process. It also found: NaOH treatment on the cornstalk promote anaerobic fermentation. At the same temperature, quality and size conditions, Daily gas production and cumulative gas production of NaOH treated cornstalk are higher compared with the untreated. The third, The anaerobic fermentation characteristics of corn stalk different parts. According to the physicochemical characteristic difference of different parts of cornstalk, we put corn stalk into Laminae, stem node and stem stalk, then test. The study found that: in the anaerobic fermentation tests of three parts, the cumulative biogas production of he Stem stalk is the best .which is 314.32ml/gTS. Followed by the Laminae, which is 220.24ml/gTS. the worst is The stem node, 189.56ml/gTS.Meanwhile, according to the series of studies found: at anaerobic fermentation process, The main use of microbial material is cellulose and hemi-cellulose. Hemi-cellulose can be easily bio-degradated, Therefore cellulose degradation is the key to raise gas production of anaerobic fermentation.
