According to species and contents of Non Starch Polysaccharides (NSP) incorn-soybean diets, Energy digestibility was marked, Studies on the effects of nonstarch polysaccharide enzyme on energy regulation in cherry valley ducklings dietswith a vitro and vivo method. The first experiment aimed to study the dose-response of four Non StarchPolysaccharides (NSP) enzymes (xylanse;β-glucanase; cellulose; pectase) on theenergy in ducklings diets and sceen the optimum enzyme combination by in vitromethod. the NSP enzyme on the energy in diet using One-way randomizedexperimental design, then, screened the optimum enzyme combination rising fourfactors regress-general rotary design by in vitro method. The result showed that theoptimum enzyme combination was xylanase 757239.5U/kg,β-glucanase2198766.8U/kg, cellulose 4542.9U/kg and pectase 3903.2U/kg. The effect of NSPenzyme on regulation of energy in diet: xylanase>β-glucanase>cellulose>pectase.The best of accession quantity is 600μg/g,500μg/g,500μg/g,600μg/grespectively.The second experiment was conducted to study three group compound enzymes toregulate the effect of diet metabolizable energy and DM digestibility by force feeding-empting method. Animal is used One-way randomized blocks experimental design. The cherry valley ducklings was conducted at 4 treatments, each treatment had4duplicates,each duplicate had 3 ducklings with male. The result suggested NSPenzyme complex improved apparent metabolizable energy and digestibility of DMin the ducklings diets(P<0.05); And apparent metabolizable energy and digestibilityof DM had direct ratio. The effect of compound enzyme on regulation of apparentmetabolizable energy and digestibility of DM:NSP X2>NSP X1>NSPX3.The trailtreatment B,C,D of apparent metabolizable energy and DM digestibility wasimproved 0.638MJ/kg 8.84%,0.96MJ/kg 11.27%,0.479 MJ/kg 4.04%to the contratA.
