Fragaria ananassa Duch belongs to Rosaceae, Fragaria. It adapts temperate zone and perennial herbage. Heat evil can affect the quality and quantities of the strawberry. The heatproof mechanism of strawberry Fragaria ananassa Duch Toyono(Toyono) or Fragaria ananassa Duch Zoji(Zoji). was studied with SA-Na. This paper will report the effect of strawberry stem apex culture and SA-Na (salicylic acid Na, SA-Na) on strawberry tube seedling and true seedling.1. Strawberry stem apex cultureMany mediums with plant development regulate has been researched. The optimal induced derivational medium is MS+6—BA0.05mg/L+KT0.3mg/L. The propagate coefficient of Toyono or Zoji was 19.5 or 18.9. The optimal footage medium is MS+6—BA1.0mg/L. And the footage coefficient of Toyono or Zoji was 10.1 or 11.3. The optimal content of SA is 0.05mg/L. And the basic medium in the text is MS+6—BA0.05mg/L+KT0.3mg/L+0.05mg/L except all kinds of seeking medium.2. Physiological and biochemical characterApart from treated by Toyono, spout treatment makes the dissoluble content of strawberry increased firstly and then descend. SA spouting boost up the dissoluble content of Toyono and Zoji by 16.9% and 10.8%. Under the high temperature treatments, the SOD active control spout, tissue culture of Toyono were strengthen by 23.5%,58.6%,57.1%, and the SOD active control, spout, tissue culture of Zoji increased by 51.3%, 54.9%, 44.5% in the first 4 to 16 hour. In the next 16 hours, the SOD active control, spout, tissue culture of Toyono and Zoji decreased by 17.7%, 23.9%, 33.7%, 43.8%, and the active of SOD descended slower than that of Zoji. The active of Toyono POD, CAT debased 53.8%,22%,and the active of Zoji POD, CAT debased 89.2%,35.8%. The active of tube seedling SOD, POD, CAT increased a little. The content of Toyono pro added slowly, and the control, spout and tube seedling added 32.9%,24.4%,24.7%. The content of Zoji pro added slowly, and the control, spout and tube seedling added 25.6%, 21.5%, 23.5% during the first 16 hour, but fall rapidly, and the percent was 20.5%,7.3%,13% in the next 16 hours.3. Endogensis hormoneThe ABA or IAA content of no-fastness genotype Zoji increased more than that of fastness genotype Toyono in short time. The maximum content of Toyono control, spout and tube seedling was 0.783,0.645,0.87mg/g. The maximum content of Zoji control, spout and tube seedling was 0.81,0.976,1.179 mg/g. The content of Toyono increased less than Zoji IAA under the high temperature treatment, but lasted longer. The maximum Toyono IAA content of control, spout and tube seedling was 0.783,0.87,0.81 mg/g, and the maximum Zoji IAA content of control, spout and tube seedling was 0.976,1.288,1.179 mg/g. It was showed that SA could enhance the ability of strawberry, especially to no-fastness genotype, There is little difference on the content of GA3 regardless genotypes, treatments or processing time and content stables in the range of 2.7-2.9 mg/g.4. All physiological character induced by spouted SA-Na was outstanding, and it favored to increase strawberry thermotolerance.
