One hundred and sixty eight commercial Nic-T layers at 45weeks age were dividedinto seven groups(a black control, a vaccines control and five experimental groups) with 4replicates of 6 layers which there's no significant difference in weights and egg productionand never inoculated E.coli before. A uniform design method was employed to study theeffect of nano-selenium and iodine on specific egg yolk antibody production and relateblood biochemical indicator in inoculated E.coli layers, standard bacteria of E.coli wasused in thia experiment.The results indicated that:1. E.coli inoculation increased IgY antibodies significantly(P<0.05).Diets with nano-seand Iodine can improve IgY antibodies significantly(P<0.05), nano-se was more importantalmong two facters. the supplement ofnano-se and iodine was 2.12mg/kg, 4.00mg/kg, IgYantibodies achieved 13.48 mg/kg. It was raised 3.61mg per ml egg yolk and 36.53(P<0.05)percent against the black control group.It was raised 2.58mg per ml egg yolk and23.63(P<0.05)percent against the inoculation control group.2. E.coli inoculation decreased T-AOC and increased MDA significantly(P<0.05).Diets with nano-se and iodine can improve significantly (P<0.05).These resultsdemonstrated that immune challenge can decreased the ability of cleaning free radical.aggravated the free-radical's damage to somatic cell. Diets with nano-se and iodine canimprove T-AOC (P<0.05)and GPx (P<0.01)significantly. decreased H2O2 and MDA(P<0.05). that show that nano-se and iodine can improve the ability to clean oxygen freeradical and unsaturated hydroperoxide of layers. Diets with nano-se and iodine canimprove T3 (P<0.01)and IL-6(P<0.05)significantly. But had no effect on serum T4 andIL-10 (P>0.05). 3. E.coli inoculation can increased IgY antibody but decreased layers performancesignificantly(P<0.05).Diets with nano-se and iodine can improve the performance oflayers(P<0.05), the supplement of nano-se and iodine was 0.45mg/kg, 4.00mg/kg, layingrates achieved 91.04%. It was raised 1.48(P<0.05) percent against the black controlgroup.It was raised 26.25(P<0.05)percent against the inoculation control, the suitablesupplement of nano-se and iodine for feed/egg was 0.45mg/kg, 4.00mg/kg, feed/eggachieved 2.16. It was decreased 6.43% (P<0.05) percent against the black control group.Itwas decreased 19.35(P<0.05)percent against the inoculation control.The effect of nano-se to antioxidation capacity and IL-6 was more important thaniodine.but iodine was the leading effect to T_3. these described that nano-se enhanced thebody immunity through improving antioxidation capacity and strengthening secretion ofIL-6.this improved IgY antibody. iodine effected it by improving the level of T3 in bloodserums.
