Our country has the rich wild resources, like Chinese hawthorn, amur grape and so on. HASKAOP is very important in rich to our country wild fruit tree resources. Therefore, carries on the improvement to HASKAOP or took the idioplasmresources, and carries on the effective development use to it, its prospect is extremely broad. The plant tissue culture technology hasprovided the new way on fruit tree's application for HASKAOP breeding.This article take the Hokkaido special product effect fruit tree internodal as the body material, studied the Hokkaido special product small fruit tree adventitious bud formation and it's the multiplication, the root formation and it's the multiplication, and has established the highly efficient regeneration system. Main findings as follows:1. Start raise. Take 1/2MS + 6 - BA0.23mg/L + GA0.35 mg/L as the basicculture medium, the disinfected plant were vaccinated on the start culture medium; it will obtain massively which does nothave the vaccine spare.2. Take the Hokkaido special product effect fruit tree internodal as the body material, adventitious bud formation through the organogenesis way induction. Discussed the different hormone, the different hormone combination, sucrose density processing and so on internodal has not decided the influence to the Hokkaido special product small fruit tree which the bud formed. The result indicated that, cell division element class matter processing most is suitable adventitious bud induction culture medium is 1/2MS+6-BA0.5mg/L and 1/2MS+CPPU0.15mg/L, and CPPU function strongly to 6-BA, Takes bud to lead to reach as high as 100% and 94%; Gibberellin's processing most is suitable adventitious bud induction culture medium is 1/2MS+GA1.0mg/L, Takes bud to lead to reach as high as 87.5% ;In sucrose processing most is suitable the sucrose density is 30g/L, Takes bud to lead to reach as high as 90%; In hormone combination processing most is suitable adventitious bud induction culture medium is 1/2MS+6-BA0.5mg/L + GA1.0mg/L and1/2MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L, Takes bud to lead to reach as high as 100% and 93.75%.3.When the body split up 2~3cm which will produce adventitious bud to change over to takes root in the culture medium to carry on the root formation.It has discussed different density IBA to the influence which the root forms. The result indicated the root system most is suitable the induction culture medium is 1/2MS + IBA0.5mg/L.Takes root to lead to reach as high as 90%.
