The study analysed early growth trait and cashmere yield trait of breeding goats in Inner Mongolian cashmere goats filed during 1995 to 2005. the result indicated inbreeding influences significantly birth weight(BWT), weaning litter weight(WLWT), one-age weight(OAW), cashmere yield(CY), the body weight(BW),staple length(SL) and cashmere fineness(CF) of Inner Mongolian cashmere goats. When inbreeding coefficient exceed 0.0313, There were -0.0045kg, -0.0391kg ,-0.0495kg and -2.81g per 1% increase in inbreeding coefficient for birth weight(BWT), weaning litter weight(WLWT), one-age weight(OAW) and cashmere yield(CY) respectively. It told us via comparing each regression model that Model 3 is fit for predicting the genetic effect of cashmere yield of progeny, while Model 2 is fit for predicting the genetic effect of body weight of progeny. The total genetic effect of progeny was obtained by economic weighting genetic effect of these two traits. The conclusion was made by Comparison genetic effect and the average inbreeding coefficient of progeny which via different mate selection strategy: optimizing the progeny total genetic effect with controlling the inbreeding by using 0-1 integer plan and mathematic software lingo 8.0 , better genetic effect and lower increase of inbreeding coefficient of progeny will be gained.
