According to the previous results, 17 glycoside ligands with similar configuration to D-Galactosamine were selected as the potential ligands. This experiment tried to single out ligands which had high affinity to SBA by the hemagglutination of rabbit red cells and studied their effects on the binding ratio of SBA to intestinal epithelia cells. The effects of tempetature, water containing and their remaining ratio and hemagglutination were also studied. This research included three parts:Firstly, selection of ligands to SBA. The minimal SBA concentration which could agglomerate 50% red tabbit cells of 2%s uspension was used to compare affinities to SBA among 17 kinds of ligands. The results showed that N-Acetyl-D-Galactosamine could inhibit hemagglutination of SBA at the concentration of 0.39 mmol/L, D-Galactose was 3.13 mmol/L, and D-Galactosamine were 12.5 mmol/L. D-Glucose,L-Rhamnose monohydrate,D(+) Xylose,Sucrose,D-Fructose,D-Mannitol,L-Sorbose were 500 mmol/L. But D-Erythrose,Maltose,D-Sorbitol,Inositol,1,3,5-Trioxane,1,4-Dioxane-2,3-diol,Glycolaldehyde dimmer did not have any effect to inhibit hemagglutination of SBA at all.Secondly, N-Acetyl-D-Galactosamine and D-Galactose were added to soybean extracts and were given to rabbits respectively. Then the epithelia cells of duodenum and jejunum were made into suspension. The Rhodamine labled anti-SBA was used to test the binding ability of SBA to epithelia cells. The results indicated that after addition of D-Galactose and N-Acetyl-D-Galactosamine, the binding ratio of SBA to epithelia cells were declined. In duodenum, the N-Acetyl-D-Galactosamine group was different with the control group(P<0.05) but the other groups were not different(P>0.05).That means N-Acetyl-D-Galactosamin had a better effect than D-Galactose. At the same time, both ligands were added to soybean extracts and were given to rabbits using red phenol as an indicater. Then duodenum, jejunum, ileum were taken to detect the remaining SBA. The result showed that the remaining ratio of SBA in both groups were declined. In jejunum and ileum, the remaining ratio of SBA of the N-Acetyl-D-Galactosamine group was higher than the D-Galactose group. It also indicated that N-Acetyl-D-Galactosamine had a beter effect than D-Galactose. Furthermore, it showed that the addition of ligans could inhibit the binding of SBA to intestinal epithelia. At last, the soybean meal were treated by different temperature(80,100,120,140℃), heating time(10,20,30 min) and water containing(normal,30%,50%).After that, the content of SBA and its agglutinate ability were tested. It showed that when the temperature was 140℃and water containing reached 50%, the content of SBA was the least, and its agglutinate ability was also the lowest. In conclusion, N-Acetyl-D-Galactosamine was the ligands which had the highest affinity to SBA among the 17 kinds of ligands. The addition of ligands could inhibit binding of SBA to intestinal epithelia, thus it could reduce bad effect of SBA and eliminate its antinutritional properties partly. SBA could eliminated by high temperature in water containing conditions. However, the effect of adding glycoside ligands to feeds requires further study.
