Plant viral disease is a kind of important plant disease. It has many types and distributes broadly. The harm of plant viral disease becomes the question which urgently to be solved in production. Chemical prevention had been researched many years, but not yet have a ideal efficiency medicament. Li chongjiu and so on discovered that the chemical of halogenating heterocyclic can suppress TMV-RNA link to the host ribosome, and had high selectivity. The triazole fungicids usually are usd on fungis' prevention, but also a plant phytohormone. This paper researched on triadimefon, the inhibition function to TMV, and the induction of resistance to tobacco.The results showed that triadimefon has a variety of inhibitory actions to the tobacco mosaic virus(TMV) : through the research the inactivation of triadimefon to viral granules, the effect of triadimefon to TMV's coat protein (including the divestion ,the splition and the effect on aggregation ) ,the effect to TMV-RNA , the inhibition on TMV replication and so on, we find that the triadimefon have certain inhibitory action to TMV granule in the invade process. We used the method of wither spot half leave studied the triadimefon to the TMV in vitro inactivation, after mixed the triadimefon and the viral granule, triadimefon can partly decactivate the viral granule, the effect be possible to reach 50%; In virus's replication, triadimefon has obvious interference effect, it affects in the viral granule coat protein, may cause 50% about the viral granule to take off coat protein and split, thus loses invade ability. In addition, it also has inhibition on the nucleic acid's invad, through suppresses the nucleic acid to reduce viral replication.The result of research that is the resistant induction of triadimefon to the tobacco showed that, after spraying different concentration triadimefon to the tobacco plant, we find that in the tobacco leaves some defensive enzymes' activities had improved compare to the check ,like peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), phenylalanine Ammonialyase (PAL) and so on. Its peroxide enzyme isozyme's activities is also enhanced. At the same time we vaccinate TMV on the tobacco plant which treated with triadimefon three days, find that the number of wither spot had reduced, the inhibition rate can reached 60%. Therefore wo thought that triadimefon can induce the tobacco's acquired resistance (SAR) to the TMV system, enhances the tobacco's immunity ability.This article, which is the inhibiton of triadimefon to TMV and the resistant induction to the tobacco plant, is a primary progressin on the mechanism of plant virus inhibitors to plant virus. It has provided the reference for the development new plant viral disease medicament, to further filtrate the plant viral disease medicament and control viral disease's harm has certain significance.
