In this paper, action mechanisim of 1,2-Benzisothiazolin-3-one(BIT) against B.cinerea was studied, growth rate method was used to determinated the antifungal activity of BIT to B.cinerea.The experimental results show that:1.Antifungal activity of BIT against B.cinerea was investigated in vitro.Mycelial growth of B.cinerea inhibited by BIT with EC50values of 62.94μg/mL.2.BIT Induced by the increase in membrane permeability,at the same time lowering intracellular bacterial pathogen D-GlcNAc,the content of a series of biological molecules.3.BIT by inhibiting the absorption of glucose sugar caused hunger, sugar hunger chitin hydrolysis activity increased, affecting cell wall precursors of chitin fiber formation.4.Determination through DNA and DNA secondary structure of the fluorescence detection, the Botrytis cinerea BIT certain extent, the inhibition performance in the DNA level.5.BIT through projection electron microscopy after Botrytis cinerea ultrastructural changes,we can see a qualitative cell wall of separation phenomenon, ruptured membrane, cytoplasm pyknosis, condensate manifolds, the disintegration of a cavity.BIT on the gray mold damage may inhibit fungal cell wall and cell membrane integrity, inhibit calcium absorption, and other role of the consolidated results.
