On the basis of the antitranspirant theories, its'current research situation and development history in domestic and international, five different composite antitranspirant were developed after analyzing variety antitranspirant and chemistry materials. Different concentrations of these five composite antitranspirant were used to treat for the leaves of Robinia pseudoacacia and Juglans regia. From studying the plants biological yield, diffuse resistance, transpiration rate, photosynthesis rate and leaf water potential of the treated plants, the paper discussed the effected of different antitranspirant and concentrations on the drought-resistance of Robinia pseudoacacia and Juglans regia. Moreover, the best anti-transpiration leaf surface fertilizer and appropriately spurting concentration were found out. The research results will give a theory basement for the antitranspirant application in the forestry wildly, improving survival rate of stock in arid semi-arid region, enhancing the drought-resistance of the nursery stock and using water economically and reasonably.The effect of antitranspirant F1,F2,F3,F4,F5 in concentrations of 0.05%,0.1%,0.5% on the Robinia pseudoacacia and Juglans regia were analyzed. The results show below:(1)Five kinds of antitranspirant leaf surface fertilizer could improve the growth of Robinia pseudoacacia and Juglans regia. antitranspirant F5 enhanced the plants growth height, diameter and leaf area remarkable . And the plants treated in concentration 0.5% of F5 growth the most obviously.(2)Five kinds of anti-transpiration leaf surface fertilizer can increase the two plants diffuse resistance. The two plants diffuse resistances have different changes degrees after the treating by different antitranspirants. F5 has the biggest effect on the diffuse resistance, and the three concentration treating can increase the plants diffuse resistance, but 0.5% is the best one.(3)Five kinds of anti-transpiration leaf surface fertilizer can decrease the two plants transpiration rate. The antitranspirant F5 is the best one for decreasing the transpiration rate, and then is antitranspirant F4. Moreover, concentration 0.5% has the best effect in decreasing the transpiration rate.(4)Five kinds of anti-transpiration leaf surface fertilizer can improve the two plants photosynthesis rate. The F5 in concentration 0.5% enhanced the plants photosynthesis mostly, and F1 in consentration 0.05% enhanced the plants photosynthesis lastly.(5) Five kinds of anti-transpiration leaf surface fertilizer can decrease the two plants leaf water potential. The F5 in concentration 0.5% has the biggest inhibition effects.(6) Five kinds of anti-transpiration leaf surface fertilizer can enhance the drought-resistance of the two plants. The F5 in concentration 0.5% has the best effect in enhancing the plants drought-resistance.
