Here, this paper mainly studied the effect of the normal immune dose and the halfof that for vaccine associated with bursin on immune response.1. Enhancement of bursin on inactivated foot-and-mouth disease vaccine in pigletsTo evaluate the effects of inactivated foot-and-mouth disease vaccine co-administrated with natural extracted bursin(10μg/mL) on level of the antibody against foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV) and weight of piglets,45-day-old health piglets were randomly divided into groups I, II ,III and IV(control),and were injected with inactivated foot-and-mouth disease vaccine at 45-and 59-day-old , and injected with bursin 4 and 5 mL at 45- and 105-day-old respectively. The titers of antibody against FMDV were detected by LB-ELISA at 45,59,73,87,105,119,133,147-day-old and the pigets' weight were measured. Results showed: the serum antibody against FMDV of Group II (1.0mL vaccine co-administrated with bursin for twice) was significantly higher than that of the control Group(P<0.01), whereas there were no significant difference among Group I (0.5mL vaccine co-administrated with bursin for twice) ,III(1.0mL vaccine co-administrated with bursin for once) and control group (P>0.05) ; The average daily weight-gain was higher in bursin group than the control group between 105-and 155-day-old (P<0.05) ; It was concluded that bursin could enchance the immunogenicity of inactivated foot-and-mouth disease vaccine and the growth of the inoculated pigets .2. Immunopotentiation effects of bursin inoculating times on avian influenza virus (AIV) H5N1 subtype inactivated vaccineTo evaluate the effects of Avian Influenza virus(AIV) H5 subtype inactivated vaccine co-administrated with bursin of different times on AIV antibody level and weight gain of chicken, one hundred and sixty 10-day-old health chickens, were randomly divided into four groups, bursin immunizing for three times group( I ),bursin immunizing for twice group( II ),bursin immunizing for once group(III) and vaccine control group (IV) , inoculated intramuscularly with AIV H5 subtype inactivated vaccine 0.3 mL at 16-and 30-day-old respectively. The AIV antibody titers were detected by HI test and the chickens' weight were measured. Results showed: ago the 30-day-old, the antibody level droped gradually, the antibody level rose quickly after the 30-day-old , the serum antibody against AIV of bursin immunizing for twice group was significantly higher than that of the vaccine control group, bursin immuninizing for once and three times group (p<0.05); The effects on chicken average daily weight gain of bursin immunizing for once group was better than that of the vaccine control group and bursin immunizing for three times group(p<0.05), there was no significant difference in chicken average weight gain between bursin immunizing for once group and bursin immunizing for twice group, but that of was obvious higher than the vaccine control group and bursin immunizing for three times group. Above results indicated that bursin co-administrated with AIV H5 subtupe inactivated vaccine could enhance AIV serum antibody level and promote chicken to weight gain, bursin immunizing for twice wasthe best inoculating times.3. Determination of serum antibody level of bursin co-administrated withStreptococcus suis Type 2 inactivated vaccine in piglets by ELISATo evaluate the effects of inactivated Streptococcus suis Type 2 vaccine co-administrated with the extracted natural bursin(10μg/mL) on Streptococcus suis antibody level in piglets, 105-day-old health piglets were randomly divided into groups I, II ,III, IV and V, and were injected with inactivated Streptococcus suis Type 2 vaccine at 105-and 119-day-old, and injected with bursin 5 mL at 105-day-old. The titers of antibody against Streptococcus suis were detected by ELISA at 105,119, 126,133,140,147,154-day-old . Constructed a standard curve and extracted a equation from the relationship. The equation was y=1.7687 +0.1920x (r=0.9401, r0.01(8)=0.765, P <0.01 remarkable correlation). The ET of a serum sample could be determined using a single serum dilution by the equation.
