Studies On The Investigation And Detection Of Tobacco Diseases In Changsha And Control Of Tobacco Primary Diseases

Tobacco is the most important economy crop in our country, but tobacco diseases induce differ degree loss in every year. Tobacco virus diseases,Tobacco brown spot, Tobacco black shank .Tobacco bacterial wilt and so on are the most deseases on tobacco.So known the occur of the diseases for controlling and reduceing loss have great mean. In this paper, investigation ,detection and medical controlling test were described in detail about tobacco diseases in Changsha. The primary results are as follows:1,The investigation results of tobacco diseases in ChangshaTobacco virus diseases, Tobacco bacterial wilt and Tobacco weater fleck were the most deseases on tobacco in Changsha. Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV),Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV),Potato virus Y (PVY) were the main diseases of Tobacco virus diseases. Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) was the most diseases.2, The detection results of tobacco virus diseases in ChangshaIn 2006, 170 samples were detected by ELISA . The results showed that three viruses occurred on tobacco such as CMV, TMV and PVY. And six types of infection happened in these 170samples, such as CMV, TMV, PVY, TMV+CMV, PVY+TMV and PVY+CMV. As far as the infection frequency, the incidence of TMV was the highest in detected samples (47.6%). The secondary incidence of tobacco virus disease were TMV+CMV and CMV infection (26.5% for the complex infection and 11.2% for infection alone). PVY was detected in few place.3, The results of the medical control effect of the field experiments to three diseases1.) The result of medical effection to Tobacco black shankMedical effect of the field experiments to Tobacco black shank at the Lanshan county and Sangzhi county showed that all medical disposal were good. Jinleiduomier had the best controlling effect ,which was about 60% in the two investigation. The better were Wangda and Dishuang.2.) The result of medical effection to Tobacco virus diseaseMedical effect of the field experiments to Tobacco virus disease at the Jianghua county and Huayuan county showed that Bingduqing, Dongwangduxiao and Ainuobeida were good and perdure.3.) The result of medical effection to Tobacco bacterial wiltMedical effect of the field experiments to Tobacco bacterial wilt at the Yongzhou county showed that Nongyonglianmeisu had best controlling effect, which was over 85% in the two investigation. The better was Kangdileide ,which was over 65% in the two investigation. But at Longshan county had not good controlling effect.
