Studies On Biologic Characteristic And Cultivation Of Urtica In Beijing Area

Urtica is one of the most important medicinal plants in northern China and it also possesses significant value in ecological protection. Peoples have studying its medical value for many years, but the measures haven't been studied well. So this make its SSOP can't be established in the process of actualizing GAP planting. The studies on nutrition management in Urtica cultivation technique can establish scientific and reasonable cultivating measure, improve the yield and quality of Urtica medicinal materials and protect the wild resources. At the same time, the achievement can provide scientific foundation for standardization cultivation of Urtica. Therefore, the text on the basis of positive mutual design field investigation, potted experiment and chemical analysis in laboratory, systematic studies were carried out and acquire some important conclusions.The main results are as follows:One, Three kinds of soil type including sand soil type, soil type, viscidity soil type can improve the growth indicators ,yield and quality of Urtica to different extent. sand soil type is best,viscidity soil type is worst.Two, Three kinds of species including U. laetevirens Maxim, U. angustifolia Fisch. ex Hornem, Urtica dioica can improve the growth indicators ,yield and quality of Urtica to different extent. U. laetevirens Maxim is best, Urtica dioica is worst.Three, Three kinds of pruning intensity including severity pruning, longitudinal pruning, no pruning can improve the growth indicators ,yield and quality of Urtica to different extent. weight pruning is best, no pruning is worst.Four, In the positive mutual design, soil type,U. laetevirens Maxim, weight pruning is the best in the yield and quality , crude protein content of Urtica.Three kinds of factors can influence the growth indicators ,yield and quality of Urtica to different extent. soil type is most, kinds of species is lowest. Five,Basis the positive mutual design,the best single factor combination is the sand soil type,U. laetevirens Maxim, weight pruning.
