Experiment 1 Proximate Analysis of Corns from Different RegionsAn experiment was conducted to determine the conventional nutrient of 60 corns which came from different origins. The rsults showed that, the total conventional nutrients of 60 corns from China: (DM basal)DM 87.70 %, CP 9.40 %, EE 4.40 %, CF 1.86 %, NDF 9.77 %, ASH 1.40 %, STC 72.94 % and VW 756.82 g/L(air-dry basal),the conventional nutrients of corns from Northeast China: (DM basal)DM 88.37 %, CP 9.23 %, EE 4.72 %, CF 1.70 %, NDF 9.64 %, ASH 1.29 %, STC 73.21 % and VW 755.12 g/L(air-dry basal),the conventional nutrients of corns from Huanghe and Huaihe River: (DM basal)DM 87.69 %,CP 9.33 %,EE 4.23 %, CF 1.90 %, NDF 9.86 %,ASH 1.46 %, STC 72.84 % and VW 754.52 g/L(air-dry basal).The results indicated that the degree of correlation of several nutrients is different between them. The correlation coefficients of STC and CF, NDF, ASH of corns from Northeast China are -0.4601,-0.7147 and -0.5687 respectively, the correlation between STC and CF, ASH was moderately negative, the correlation between STC and NDF was highly negative. The correlation coefficients of STC and EE, ASH of corns from South China are -0.7701,-0.6079 respectively, the correlation between STC and EE was highly negative, the correlation between STC and ASH was moderately negative. The CP of Northeast show significant difference with South China (P﹤0.05), The CP of corns from South China is9.86 %,Northeast is9.23 %, differential value is 0.63 %.And the others have no difference. The EE of Northeast show significant difference with Huanghe and Huaihe River ,Northwest(P﹤0.05),The EE of corns from Northeast is 4.72 %,Northwest is4.05 %, differential value is 0.70 %.And the others have no difference.The CF of Northeast show extremely significant difference with Northwest, Huanghe and Huaihe River and South China(P﹤0.01),CF of corns from Northwest is 1.98 %,Northeast is 1.70 %, differential value is 0.28 %. And the others have no difference. And the others have no difference. NDF, VW and STC have no difference.Experiment 2.Comparison Study on Apparent Metabolizable Energy for Broiler Chicken: Total Facal Collection Assay and Cr2O3 Indicator Assay This study was conducted to compare the methodologies of total collection method and the Cr2O3 indicator method on determining the AME content of 20 kinds of different origins corns using corn-soybean meal diets in 420 AA broiler chickens with the 28-day ages. The results indicated that, the determined AME values for corns ranged from 14.92 MJ/Kg to 16.10 MJ/Kg by using total collection method, with average of 15.60 MJ/Kg; indicator method determined AME values for corns varied from 15.05 MJ/Kg to 16.16MJ/Kg, mean 15.65 MJ/Kg; correlate analysis between the two methods and using paired T test, it showed that, there was highly correlation when to determine the AME of broilers chickens by it ,as a simple and accurate method, indicator method can be used to replace the total collection method to determine AME content in poultry metabolism research.Experiment 3.Predication of Apparent Metabolizable Energy of Corns from Different Regions in Broiler Chicken.This study will be conducted to research the correlation between apparent metabolizable energy and conventional nutrient of corns; building the regressions the AME of corns and forecast AME.It indicated that there are positive correlation relationship between AME and STC,EE and CP, but negative correlation relationship with CF,NDF and ASH. The factors of restricting nutrition values are CF, NDFand ASH; otherwise, STC, EE and CP can provide energy to broilers.The AMEz values of 60 corns'is15.63 MJ/Kg. The AMEz values of corns which from Northeast, Huanghe and Huaihe River, Northwest and South China is: 15.70 MJ/Kg, 15.61 MJ/Kg, 15.69 MJ/Kg, and 15.52 MJ/Kg. The AMEz of Northeast is higher than other areas, and South China is lower, the difference between them is 0.18 MJ/Kg .The AMEz values of the same Zheng Dan 958 is15.73 MJ/Kg by the indicator method...
