The paper studied on the basic biology of the nutrition of Erythroculter ilishaeformis .Experiment one was the analysis of gastrointestinal index. The weight is 7.8~790.8g,the body length is 10.03~41.64cm.The value of the while weight/body length of Erythroculter ilishaeformis is Y=0.0073x3.0984,the value of cleft mouth wide/body length is Y=0.0467x+0.1108,which is in line with the law of predatory fishes. The ratio of intestine, hepatopancreas and viscera weight to body weight of Erythroculter ilishaeformis are deduce with growing; The value of cleft mouth wide/body weight is Y=0.2665x0.3078,so making and adjustment the diameter of feed particle in production.Experiment two was the content of amino acid in muscle. Comparing with AAS, the index of lysine is more than 1.00, the other is less than 1.00,threonine and valine are the first restrictive amino acid.Correlation analysis of the amino acid between the different ages are in the above 0.9959,so using only a amino acid formula mode in production.Experiment three was the Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn contents in different tissues and organs. In different age groups, the content of Cu in the liver largest and significantly. The Fe content of the largest in the spleen and significantly. The Mn content in the biggest bone and not significantly. The Zn content in the highest in fin and not significantly. To feed formula to provide the basic reference in production.Experiment four was the components analysis. The highest protein content in muscles , about 85%, the whole fish in the highest fat content, about 30%. Ash highest in the whole fish, about 10%, the whole fish in calcium , phosporus highest, too.Experiment five: with Erythroculter ilishaeformis , the activity, optimum pH and optimum temperature of protease and amylase in intestine and liver were measured. With the growth of age, the protease and amylase secretion and activity are gradually enhanced. Foregut protease activity in the highest, the lowest activity in the liver, aquaculture activity in the three highest age. Amylase activity is the highest in the midgut, the lowest activity in the liver, aquaculture activity in the three highest age. The protease and amylase activity of the highest: 30℃~45℃,pH6~pH8.The most appropriate under the condition of temperature(25℃~28℃),the activitese of digestive enzymes is 60%~70%.Experiment six was the intestinal scanning electron microscope of different age groups of Erythroculter ilishaeformis .From the test can the be observed: the fold and secretion density and size of the hole of the before intenstines higher than the intestines and bowel after, before the intestinal wall thickness in the obvious after intestinal and bowel, intestinal lock structure, so before the gut to digest food is the main venue; With age, before intestinal secretion in the size and density of the air show growth trend; Also observed that the lock-like structure, such as intestinal cells polygon organizational structure.Experiment seven was the physiological analysis of immunity of different age groups of Erythroculter ilishaeformis:With the growth of age, Hb activity from the one age 82.24±2.92 g/L enhance to the three age 125.49±1.43 g/L; LSZ activity from the one age 0.0780±0.01 vitality unit enhance to the three age 0.1809±0.009 vitality unit; SOD activity of serum from the one age 113.92±3.93 U/ml enhance to the three age 360.12±8.07 U/ml; SOD activity of liver from the one age 340.16±2.85U/ml enhance to the three age 470.94±3.80U/ml; GPT and GOT activity of liver from the one age 24.79±3.77 U/100mL,86.72±3.26 U/100mL enhance to the three age 271.09±1.89 U/100mL,115.44±1.18 U/100mL,the law has increased; physiological analysis of immunity between three breeding age and three wild age.
