| The intraspecific hybridization of Vitis amurensis Rupr (VA) resources with cold-resistance and the interspecific hybridization, back hybridization and rehybridization between VA and Vitis Vinifera L.(VV) with the high sugar content, low acid content were carried out. 10554 hybrid plants survived in 72 hybrid combinations with 8 kinds of hybridization models.1. Sugar, acid character separation: 3049 plants were separated with low acid content and high sugar content and were 28.9% of total hybrid plants. The heredity law of 8 kinds crossing models was that the order of total acid content (from low to high) was: (VA×VV)F2×VV→(VA×VV)F1×VV→(VA×VV)→(VA×VV)F1×(VA×VV)F1→(VA×VV)F2×(VA×VV)F2→(VA×VV)F2×VA→(VA×VV)F1×VA→(VA×VA). The order of fruit sugar content (from high to low) was : (VV×VA)F2×VV→(VV×VA)F1×VV→(VV×VA)F2×(VV×VA)F2→(VV×VA)F1×(VV×VA)F1→(VA×VV)→(VV×VA)F1×VA→(VV×VA)F2×VA→(VV×VA).2. The heredity laws of sugar and acid content: The separation of total acid content and sugar content of intraspecific hybridization and interspecific hybridization of VA showed continuous distribution and tended to the parent with high acid content and low sugar content. And the more those parents were used in the crossings,the more progenies were separated with high acid content and low sugar content;the laws showed quantity trait heredity controlled by multi-gene。3. The Plasmopara viticola susceptibility character separation: The interspecific cross, back cross and recrossing between VA and VV were 42 hybrid combinations and 7680 plants survived from those hybrid combinations. Disease-resistance ones (2~3 level) are 3742 plants which take up 48.7% to the entire hybrid ones; where as 10 combination groups of disease-resistance×disease-resistance whose disease-resistance plants (2303) are separated from total plants, occupying 69.3% of the total, which is higher than that disease-resistance×disease-non-resistance group, medium susceptibility×medium susceptibility one , medium susceptibility×higher susceptibility one, higher susceptibility×higher susceptibility one ,of the percentage is 21.5%,29.5%,44.6% and 57.0% respectively.4. The Plasmopara viticola susceptibility character heredity law: it showed a continuous distribution and a propensity to disease-resistance parents among the separation of F1~F4 progenies whose disease-resistance were decided by disease-resistance parents mainly. The more disease-resistance parents were in crossing combinations,the more hybrid progenies were separated and the disease-resistance gene showed a quantitative genetic trait controlled by multiple gene , also was accumulative response and a dominant inheritance to progenies. |
