Salmonella is a member of Enterobacteriacea.It is a kind of conditional endotrophic of the Gram-negative bacterium,Salmonellea are important zoonotic pathogens in human and animals.They main cause fever,gastroenteritis,diarrhea and septicemia.It is the world's largest human food poisoning caused pathogens,It is be monitored by public health departmens daily.It also is veterinary clinic common pathogens.The circumstances of occurrence and spread of antimicrobial resistance are complex;However,a major cause is the widespread use of antimicrobial agents in food animals,particularly in animal feed.Salmonella resistant is rapid spreading in many countries.China has the most live pigs and pigs slaughter quantity in the World.As the largest pork consumption country,caused by unclean pork originated Salmonella food poisoning occur in times,so this paper treats the salmonellae isolated form swine as the mainly aim of research.1.From pork livers,pig and duck excrement isolated 55 Salmonellae.The results showed that isolates mainly distributed in the six serotypes,respectively,mainly are Salmonella Derby and S.Agongna two serotypes,The number are respectively 27 and 21.2.The isolates were tested for resistance to 11 antibiotics by the disk diffusion method on Mueller-Hinton agar according to the guidelines of the NCCL. Antimicrobials were tested and 98.18%of the isolates form swine were resistant to at least 1 antimicrobial.In the swine strains,the ratio of at the same time in the eight kinds of antibiotics-resistant is 16.36%.The ratio of human source strains resistant is 26.32%,and maximum resistance three types of drugs.3.To aim directly at common resistance gene designed eight pairs of primers were penicillin-resistant gene(blaTEM)and(cmy-2),chloramphenicol resistance gene (catl),tetracycline resistance gene(tet(A))and(tet(C)),amino sugar celecoxib category resistance gene(aadA1),the sulfa drug resistance gene(sull)(sul2). Salmonella separation from Animal and human resistance gene traits were compared. 4.typeing the salmonellae strains by the pulsed-field gel electrophoresis method, and found resistant strains from porks drug fast spectrum corresponding to Salmonella in PFGE spectrum has a high genetic diversity found from pork livers,and human Salmonella of isolated from the human gene consistency relatively high,May the human strains are come from one clone,the reasons of this phenomenon need further research.In conclusion,this study stated prevalence of salmonella drug resistance Isolated from animal food products,and description of the molecular biology of Salmonella in the clinical variability,and reveals the serious condition of the multi-drug resistant Salmonella,it's multiple drug resistance on the potential hazards to human health should be pay more attention,indicating the severity of the phenomenon of resistant salmonella,And laid the foundation for further research on further research on bacterial drug resistance.
