Soil erosion is a progressive or gradual change of geological disasters and very important problem of the ecological environment.The soil anti-scouring is one of the indicators that are the best able to reflect regional soil erosion process and the regularity.Soil anti-scouring is the performance of the soil resisting run off to mechanical damage and promote the downward movement.The soil shear strength is the limit capacity of the soil resisting shear failure. The two are closely related.Shear strength on the soil of the main methods also concentrated in the laboratory, test equipment cumbersome and complicated to operate, period, the sampling needs of vulnerable and small samples can not fully reflect the disturbance of soil under the natural state of nature.The measuring methods of the soil Shear strength, which mainly are in the laboratory, the cumbersome test equipment and complicated to operate, long period,the need of sampling, a smaller sample vulnerable to disturbance, can not fully reflect the natural state of the soil nature. In-situ test method is single, limited the scope of application, such as cross-board cut, apply to test in-situ undrained shear strength indicators of the scene saturated clay (in particular uniform saturation of soft clay),and a number of deficiencies:no direction,cross-penetration in general will cause greater soil disturbance; cross-axis diameter, and the soil of Mount Sassafras tsumu increased and the assumption that-cylinder derived from top to bottom and around the end of the same shear strength is not enough strict, because the soil Solid-section and different levels of the anisotropy of the impact of water level in the soil surface and vertical shear strength is not consistent. Taking into account the soil shear strength of the resistance is to study soil runoff shear failure of ability, and to be able to reduce the disturbance of soil in situ test a direction in the soil surface was measured, accurate data acquisition, etc.This paper has been developed electronic intelligence of the soil in situ shear detector, to provide accurate determination of shear strength of the new method.In the text, discussing the working principle and the overall plan of the electronic intelligent the soil in-situ instrument of the shear strength; mechanical design of the supporting frame, shear ring;control of the design and completed the drive system and intelligent electronic measuring instrument; intelligent electronic measuring instrument used C8051F340 as the core, completed a man-machine interface, data storage, serial communications, and other modules, and its detailed analysis; analysis of the data, the interface using VB and analysis the collected data by using MATLAB software, curve fitting, obtained the real soil shear strength value. Finally developing the actual prototype, and the actual measurement, which detected the instruments.The the actual operation results showed that, the electronic intelligent the soil in-situ instrument of the shear strength is truly feasible, good performance ,data stability and measuring accuracy meet design specifications, and can provide a reasonable mechanical parameters.The study of the soil anti-scouring can complete in-situ teste data, record real-time data, analyse datain the scene.
