Listeria monocytogenes (LM) is one kind of important human and animal disease .It is separated for the first time since 1926, already assumed the worldwide basis distribution, as pathogenic bacteria and saprophyte pathogenic bacteria, widely existed in the environment, might cause many kinds of domestic animals, the wild animal and person's listeria. As one kind of important food source infectious disease, LM can also infect the pregnant woman, the newborn and the low immunity adult. Especially in recent years, separated unceasingly from food or causes food poison case occur frequently, proved this Bacterium is very importance in sanitary science.This research through the LM ecology distributed investigation discovered in the Xinjiang part morbidity area sheep and the environment having the LM distribution. The research discovered: First, in the investigation five kind of samples, sheep and the ensilage are high LM distribution rate .150 sheep body sample, examines 5 LM, the detection rate is 3.3.%; 56 ensilage samples examines 3 LM, the detection rate is 5.3%. It is higher than the total detection rate 2.0%. It is reported that LM has the widespread distribution in sheep and the environment.Second, the experimental result indicated that experiment separation cultural characteristic and biochemistry characteristic are the same clinical separation and standard, 11 experiment separation display weak B- hemolytic, causes the white mouse death in 96h, indicated that the different origin LM are the same cultural characteristic and the biochemistry characteristic, but the pathogenicity has the difference, the LM hemolysin has the relevance with its pathogenicity.According to Gen Bank, main toxicity fragments are designed in the LM ,to detect different origins separation ,and finally demonstrated that all of separations have HlyA gene, only 3 separation have InlB gene ,.It is indicated that LM HlyA gene is the main pathogenesis gene. Third, using the ERTC-PCR technology to analysis LM fingerprint atlas, use the average chain rule (UPGMA) to draw the cluster dendrogram, and carries on the strain in the similarity factor by hiving off 70%.The result indicated that healthy sheep and its environment separations have the same gene hypotype with clinical LM separations, but the part with different LM hypotype separations have also appeared in the healthy sheep and its environment separations, which have displayed the LM distributed multiplicity in the sheep and the related environment.Through the above research, has initially verified LM in the healthy sheep and the environment distribution and the pollution situation in part morbidity area of Xinjiang Yang Chang, for understand the disease-carrying situation and the environment ecology distribution situation, for the pathogenic Li bacillus member epidemiology, the diagnosis and the prevention provides the scientific basis, has the very vital significance to this kind of disease's prevention in Xinjiang area , simultaneously the research has also provided certain scientific basis for human animalistic food's monitor.
