Artemisia dracunculus in Xinjiang as a vegetable consumption in the last two years before beginning to appear in people on the table,and for the needs of Artemisia dracunculus increasing blindly rely on the resources taken from our wild Artemisia dracunculus. This will inevitably on their own turf fragile ecological environment caused tremendous damage. At the same time oil of Artemisia dracunculus is in the medical,food,industrial,and many other uses,with further in-depth research on the demand for the Artemisia dracunculus is more tremendous. This study aimed at Artemisia dracunculus flower bud differentiation through research,the future of Artemisia dracunculus breeding and cultivation area to provide the theoretical foundation and guidance.Flower bud differentiation is the basis of flowering plants. In this study on paraffin sections technology flower bud differentiation of Artemisia dracunculus continuous dynamic observation,the temperature at the same time using four 15℃(day)~10℃(night),20℃(day)~10℃(night),25℃( day)~10℃(night),30℃(day)~10℃(night) processing, and 8 h,12h,16h three light cycles to study the impact of the flower bud differentiation of Artemisia dracunculus.Artemisia dracunculus the flower bud differentiation is carried out according to certain rules, temperature and light cycle by the double impact. Artemisia dracunculus shoot tip of the flower bud differentiation in accordance with the changes in the pattern of growth cone can be divided into three periods: spend axis of differentiation,differentiation and flower inflorescence organ differentiation stage. Bud differentiation order: vegetative growth cone→reproductive growth cone→flower axis (squid) primordium→inflorescence primordium→floral organ primordia.Spent part of the organ differentiation sequence: sepal primordium→petals primordium→stamen primordium→pistil primordium, and followed by development of a sepal, petal, stamen,pistil. The entire plant flower bud differentiation order is the top first,after branching. For a single inflorescence (flower),the flower bud differentiation from the periphery to the center is a division,the trend was to the heart.Artemisia dracunculus light cycle by the flower bud differentiation Obviously,the 16 h under long-day conditions,only Artemisia dracunculus division,which Artemisia dracunculus growth in the Xinjiang region's geographical conditions suit. 15℃(day)~10℃(night),20℃(day)~10℃(night),25℃(day)~10℃(night) processing,Artemisia dracunculus a flower bud differentiation phenomenon,which Artemisia dracunculus under natural conditions in the flower bud differentiation in the same climatic conditions. Artemisia dracunculus this for the future of research and seed breeding provides a theoretical basis,as well as the cultivation area to provide guidance.
