| Biogas manure is one new organic fertilizer, and is the residues of crops straw and animal & human excreta after anaerobic fermentation. It can not only improve the physical and chemical properties of soil, enhance soil fertility, increase crop resistance and improve crops quality, but also reduce or mitigate the ecological environment pollution that caused by petroleum agriculture. In addition, explore the biogas manure using can also produce higher value-added agricultural products, then increase the income of farmers, thus break bottleneck that restraint biogas promotion application, and promote the popularization and application of biogas.This experiment chose cabbage, chili pepper and greenhouse tomato as experimental material, then applicated different biogas manure as base fertilizer at growth period, supplemented by spraying different concentrations biogas slurry as foliar fertilizer, studied biogas manure effect on vegetable growth indicators, leaf chlorophyll content, yield and quality of agricultural products. The results showed that:(1) Cabbage: After applicated biogas fermentation residue as base fertilizer, the cabbage extension, the leaf area and the chlorophyll content increased obviously. Sprayed different concentrations biogas slurry as foliar fertilizer, the cabbage leaf area, and chlorophyll content increased, but the cabbage extension slowed down. Through field observations, in the seedling stage and rosette periods of cabbage, should not use high concentrations of biogas slurry as foliar fertilizer, or else there will be slight burn leaves, and spraying 50% concentration of the biogas slurry was suitable at this period. In the heading stage, sprayed 75% concentration of the biogas slurry were best. The base fertilizer application amount and different concentrations biogas slurry foliar fertilizer has obvious interaction effect, which can increase cabbage yield, when the base fertilizer application amount was 45000 kg/hm2 and sprayed 75% concentration of the biogas slurry as foliar fertilizer, the yield reached 69.40969t/hm2, which was 46.93% higher than the control.(2) Chili pepper: Spraying biogas slurry can provide nutrients for pepper, which can achieve the goal of increasing yield. Among them, spraying 50% concentration of the biogas slurry was suitably, the yield reached 4796.40kg/hm2, the yield increase rate achieved 25.42%. In addiction, spraying biogas slurry can also enhance the fruit length, increase the contents of capsaicin, dry material and soluble sugar. The Vitamin C content of pepper was highest, which achieved 139.42mg/100g, increased 39.46g/100g than the control. Considered from the chili pepper quality aspect, spraying 75% concentration of the biogas slurry was suitably. Thus, spraying biogas slurry in the pepper production process, not only improved the pepper nutrition quality effectively, but also greatly improved commodity quality and sensory quality of pepper.(3) Tomato: Applicating biogas manure as base fertilizer can promote the tomato vegetative growth, plant heights and stem diameters were higher than control. When the fertilizer application amount between 22500-30000kg/hm2, the yield was a rising trend, the tomato the Vitamin C content also increased, and the nitrate content decreased; When the fertilizer application amount between 75000-105000kg/hm2, the yield was a decreased trend, the tomato the Vitamin C content also decreased, but the nitrate content increased. The appropriate biogas manure application can improve the quality of greenhouse tomatoes, especially can increase Vitamin C content of tomato, can effectively reduce the accumulation of nitrate, but can't affect the titratable acid content significantly.(4) Drew up has moored fat on three vegetables employment technology regulations.In conclution, the research of different concentrations, different application amount and different application methods of three vegetables shows that, biogas manure have yield effect, and also can improve the quality of the vegetables. In addition, this research also in consults predecessors massive literatures in the foundation, combined our research conclusion, summarized the biogas manure application regulations on vegetables. This point out the direction for the comprehensive application of biogas manure, and have instruction function on the production of green non-pollution vegetable. At the same time, it also provide technical support for better resolving"san nong"problems and comprehensive constructing well-off society. |
