Tea belongs to tropical ever-green plant. Originally, tea growes in forests of tropical evergreen broad-leaved forest and seasonal forest, and also it grew under the canopy class of forest. So, tea is a kind of shade tolerant tree. During the process of tea cultivation, tea was moved out from origin growing environment, and became manual monoculture cultivation. But the structure of this traditional cultivating mode is too simple, and the ecological environmental condition is very bad, which limited the improvement of growth of tea tree and quality of tea. In order to create a suitable ecological system and ecological environment for tea cultivation and change improve ecological environmental condition of simple tea garden and improve tea's quality, it is attended by many tea producing countries that finding a suitable cultivation modes by using ecological theory and the advantage of varieties'compounding. In China, many researches about ecological environment of tea garden and varieties of intercrops plants in tea garden have been made, and varieties of tea-plant compounding cultivation modes and greenhouse tea garden are become. But comparative studies of ecological environment and tea's quality among different cultivating mode aren't very deep. So systematic researches about ecological environmental effects of 4 different tea garden modes are made in this paper, which have important theoretical and realizing significance.Through studying on 4 kinds of tea cultivation modes which are greenhouse tea garden, pine-tea intercrop tea garden, tree surrounded tea garden and pure tea garden, 5 results are obtained.1. Illumination intensity in pure tea garden was significantly higher than other 3 types of tea gardens. Andt the temperature of the 4 tea garden was as follows: pure tea garden>greenhouse tea garden>pine-tea garden>tree-surrounded tea garden. The diversification of air moisture of 3 compounding tea garden was obvious higher than pure tea garden. That is to say, compounding tea garden can improve air moisture.2. Compounding tea garden could efficiently keep soil humidity and nutrition. Results showed that the content of soil humidity in pine-tea garden was the highest, and the following was greenhouse tea garden and tree-surrounded tea garden; the nutrition status of compounding tea garden was as follows: greenhouse tea garden>pine-tea garden> tree-surrounded tea garden>pure tea garden.3. Compounding tea garden could reduce illumination intensity and enhance soil fertility, which was beneficial to increasing the content of amino acid and water extraction. The divergence of biological chemical components in different modes of tea was obvious. The contents of tea water extraction from pure tea garden are the highest, and as far as the content of amino acid was concerned, the tea in greenhouse garden was the highest, furthermore, the ratio of polyphenol to amino acid in greenhouse are the lowest.4. The relativity analysis of the quality, microclimate, soil's physical and chemical index was carried out, the resut showed that the quality of tea was significant relative to the ecological environment of tea garden. The quality of tea was directly affected by ecological environment of tea garden, The result of clustering analysis showed that the quality of tea from greenhouse tea garden and tree-surrounding tea garden are the highest, and the the following was the pine-tea garden, and the qulity of tea from pure tea garden are the lowest.5. Comprehensive analysis the resuts of this research and the present situation of the development of tea industry in Shaanxi province, the appropriate cultivate mode of tea garden was explored, which lay solid foundations for the long-term programme of tea industry and the increasing of cultivation & managing technologies of tea garden.
