Take six breeds which are Shache 1, Shache 9, Shache 11, Shache 12, Shache 14 and Shache 18 from tuomuwusitang countryside in Shache county as experimental materials, the self-fertilize and cross- fertilize experiment in field is conducted in this study. The stylus of different time after fertilizing are gathered to put up fluorescence microscopy observation and cyemology observation. In addition, the expetiments of the isolated culture of stylus and the effect stylus protein to pollen grain are conducted utilizing the fouwer and pollen of those varieties fore-mentioned. The intensity difference of compai -bility among almond varieties and molecule mechanism are studied in this paper. And also, the pistil formation of almond is studied from the angle of embryology. The specific results as follows:1. Studying fertilization condition of self-fertilize and cross-fertilize composes in almond. The result shows: the compatibility difference exists among different almond alvarieties. Among six experiment varieties, the self-fertilize compatibilities of Shache 9,Shache 14 and Shache 18 are stronger than other three varieties. Considering from the difference of cross-fertilize composes and natural fructification rate, intensity difference of cross-fertilize compatibility exists among different almond varieties. The difference between reciprocal hybrid of different almond varieties indicates almond has selectivity to pollination varieties.2.Study the growth situation of pollen tube by style isolated culture of self-fertilize and cross-fertilize composes in almond. The result shows that the difference of pollen tube number in 1/3 of style between competibal and uncompatibal varieties composes is insignificant, but the difference in 1/2 of style is evident. However the number of pollen tube number in 1/2 of style can not distinguish competibal and uncompatibal composes strictly. So number of pollen tube growing from the base of style can be the index to appraise the compatibility among almond varieties in style isolated culture.3. The result of fluorescence microscopy observation in style of almond found that the location Pollen tube of different varieties in almond gets to stylus at the same time is different. It indicated that there is inhibition stylus protein to the grown of pollen tube of almond. Because the varieties is different, the inhibition behaves the intensity difference of compatibility among different varieties. At the same time, the experiment found the inhibitive location that stylus protein to pollen tube is in upper part of style. 4.The inhibition extent that stylus protein to the grown of pollen tube of different varieties is obviously different. However, the exhibition of inhibition stylus protein to almond is identical:there is no inhibition stylus protein in low density which is 1.0μg/μl to the germination and elongation of almond pollen. The slight inhibition happens when the density of stylus protein is more than 2.0μg/μl and strengthens with density of stylus protein rising. It indicated that high density stylus protein can induce the emergence compatibility easier than low density stylus protein.5. The pistil shape structure of the almond is: Wet column cap, style solid, ovary 1 room, the basal placenta, overflowing-ovule, pairs of integuments, thick nucellus, having obturator. The almond has the phenomenon of pistil and stamens ripe in different time.In the experimental materials, most gastrula enter nonage of 8 core stage in the 4th day of pollination and develop into a mature gastrula the 7th day later, the shape of the gastrula is silent. The pistil shape and the development course of gastrula are not the restriction factor which cause the difference of compatibility intensity in almond.
