This article aims at that quality of high-protein variety was not steady which exists in actual problem .Problem was researches on aspects of cultivation, physiology and breeding and so on. Five steady high-protein entry were adopted in the experience,which were analyzed under different fertilizer levels,different water levels and comprehensive condition.In order to find out the key factors of affecting high-protein soybean quality traits expression and solving the problem of quality decreasing of high-protein soybean under large planting area.The results as follows:1. Leaf area,LAD,pods per plant and grains per plant was middle fertilizer >high fertilizer>lower fertilizer.Dry pod weight,plant height was high fertilizer > middle fertilizer > lower fertilizer.Dry pod weight,LAD,plant height,protein content,the total content of protein and oil of Nongda 35307 was the highest or nearly the highest.The fatty acid content had significant difference among three fertilizer levels and different soybean entries.Thirteen amino acids had significant differences.And ASP,GLY,MET,etal and Total was the highest under middle fertilizer level.ASP,ALU,etal and Total of Nongda 35307 was the highest.2. Leaf area,chlorophyll content,No. of nodes,yield and protein content was best in middle water level.Plant height,pods per plant,grains per plant,seed weight per plant,100-seed weight was best under high water level.Different soybean entries had significant differences under three water levels.This indicated there were genetic differences among entries.Pods per plant,grains per plant,seed weight per plant of Nongda 35339 decreased specially under middle water level and lower water level.Nongda 3191 and Nongda 35306 had a less decreasing tread,indicating Nongda 3191 and Nongda 35306 had resisting dry cable.3. In the density,fertilizer level,the variety and sowing date four factors orthogonal experiment,the LAI,chlorophyll content and the LAD increased with fertilizer level increasing,and with sowing date decreasing. The main factor that affected plant height, No. of nodes,100-seed weight and quality was variety.Sowing date affected yield.Density and fertilizer affected pods per plant,grains per plant and seed weight per plant.On this research, Nongda 35307 and Nongda 3191 was better than other varieties.The treatment was better under 223.88kg.hm-2 and sowing on 21th May.4. The analysis to heritability of high-protein entry quality indicated that branches number,No. of nodes,pods per plant,grains per plant and yield all had the leaning mother to inherit the trait.And protein content and total content of protein and oil of F2 generation had hereditary capacity deviation adaptation parent.Five crosses descendant protein and oil content very were all high. Protein content of 9419×35306 and 9419×35318 were specially high. The cross 25003×35307 protein content and oil content was higher,moreover,the yield potential was very big.It is a good cross of synthesizes.
