The Study Of The Soil Health Condition In Desert-grassland

Desert-grassland is the very weak ecosystem, and also a special and sensitive ecology transition-belt. Once been destroyed, it can not be able to revive. The health condition of desert-grassland soil takes an very important place in production of animal,environment protection,soil and water conservation act. Grazing interrupt is the primary factor in effecting the health of desert-grassland. This paper takes the research of desert-grassland in Ordos'etuokeqi, analysis the nature of physical, chemical, biological ,that related to the soil health, implied to offer basic information for the soil health evaluation, then take the reasonable grazing intensity and management ,improve the sustainable of agriculture .The primary studied result is as follows: (1) Based on the vegetation data that observation and determination, the plot was divided into four grades degeneration; (2)With the increase of the grazing intensity, soil bulk density,soil compaction and pH have the tendency of increasing, water quality content of soil decreased ,stoniness and sand increase in soil texture, while silt and clay decrease .In the vertical direction ,soil bulk density and soil moisture both decrease as the soil layer deepen;(3) With the increases of grazing intensity, the content of soil organic matter decreases, the content of total nitrogen and available nitrogen both decrease ,the content of soil total phosphorus,available phosphorus and available potassium decrease ,the content of soil total potassium has no obvious regulation. In the vertical direction, the continent of soil organic matter,total nitrogen and available nitrogen decreases firstly and increases later, the content of total phosphorus,available phosphorus and available potassium all decrease as the soil layer deepen; (4)With the increase of the greasing intensity ,the activity of soil sucrose,unease and polyphone oxidize all decrease. In the vertical direction, the activity of three enzymes mentioned above decreases as the soil layer deepen;(5)Through primary composition analysis method, eight primary index was screened to evaluate the health condition of desert- grassland soil .The result is: the differentiae health multiple coefficient of no degeneration land desert-grassland soil is 1,light area is 0.9079,moderate area is 0.6789, heavy area is 0.5949.Therefore,it is viewed no degenerated area and light area as healthy soil ,moderate area as sub-healthy soil ,heavy area as unhealthy soil.
